IT'S no secret that achieving the perfect ombré is a difficult task for even the most experienced hairdressers.
The trendy hair colouring technique took over social media a few years ago and still remains as one of the most popular requests at the salons.
Inspired by the natural-looking highlight look seen on the runaway, a TikTok user, @grazzy170, decided to give herself a hair transformation.
Although the hair colour look, which sees hair gradually transition from darker tones into lighter ones through the ends, might appear like an easy task, it involves several steps.
And it seems like the 19-year-old's hairdresser skipped a few.

The anime fan had initially imagined her beautiful brunette locks to be livened up with some caramel tone highlights, which would add some dimension to the hair.
Yet the outcome was slightly different.
Once the hairdresser had finished the dyeing and bleaching process, the end result couldn't have been any further from a natural-looking ombré.
Not only was the hair left in multiple colour patches with no blending whatsoever, but the ends were completely fried.
“Rough times,'' said Grace.
“Grace sweetheart i am so sorry,'' wrote one viewer.
One of her friends reminded that this wasn't the first time she had encountered a hair fail: “remember when you used splat pink die in middle school and it came off on your forehead?''
“That was without a doubt the worst day of my middle school,'' she replied.
Maybe Grace should stick to her natural hair colour.
