Camel toe knickers now exist… and people don't know what to make of them

People are now buying 'camel toe knickers' which deliberately make it look like they've got a front wedgie, and we're feeling very confused.

That's right, the undies are padded with silicone at the front to create the illusion of a camel toe – and are being flogged on sites like Amazon and eBay.

The bonkers trend originated in Asia a decade ago, where women are thought to be using the knickers to accentuate their lady parts.

This is despite the fact that most women would curl up into a ball if anyone caught them with a camel toe.

You can buy them online for £8.59 – where people have, quite rightly, asked: "why is this a thing?" in the comments.

Others have asked why, even if someone does want a camel toe, they would bother buying the pants.

One person wrote: "Why would any female pay $10-$30 (£7.60-£22.80) for some underwear like this, when camel toe is free".

The answer may be because it isn't women buying, but trans ladies trying to hide a tell-tale bulge.

Which actually makes a lot more sense.

In more fashion news, Fashion Nova has been slammed for this 'sexy geisha' Halloween costume.

While Primark’s sell-out glittery Minnie Mouse heels are BACK in new colours for just £14 and we need them all.

And Dani Dyer has given fans a sneak peek at her new In The Style fashion collection… and we’re obsessed with the leopard print playsuit.
