In another snap, Vicky broke down in tears during an outing, explaining all of the reasons she has cried this week in a length post.
She penned: ‘I haven’t really spoken much about my periods recently- not on here anyway. Don’t get me wrong, @ercan_ram still has to listen to me whinge 24/7. My favourite thing he says is when I tell him I’m on my period he goes AGAIN?!
‘Yes babe, again.. it’s kind of monthly thing, like a really shit direct debit but instead of taking your money it takes your sanity & ability to form a sentence. Dreamy.

The Geordie Shore star penned: ‘I don’t know about you but when I’m going through all of that I think we deserve a little whinge’
‘I think the polarised reaction I got to my decision to freeze my eggs left me feeling a little bit fragile & I sort of resolved to stop exposing myself to nasty comments for a while.
‘Just protect myself for a bit & post the fluffy stuff- the puppies, the holidays, work bits etc. But the thing is, life isn’t just the fluffy bits is it? And once a month whether you choose to ignore it or not, a huge amount of women, have a really rough time…’
Vicky continued: ‘We bleed, we ache, we cry, we want to chin our partners, we’re exhausted, we struggle to articulate ourselves, we want consume all of the calories all of the time & then we hate ourselves for it.. And I don’t know about you but when I’m going through all of that I think we deserve a little whinge.
‘I’m sorry if you don’t like my period posts, or if you don’t understand my decision to freeze my eggs & I’m sorry if my ever fluctuating accent annoys you. But I’ve realised I will never please everyone – I am not a jar of Nutella.’
Vicky then listed several reasons she has cried this week including the Barbie film, a video of a raccoon being rescued from the sea and because she ate the wrong cheese.
It comes days after Vicky spoke candidly about her body insecurities as she encouraged women to embrace their figures.
The reality star, who has become an outspoken advocate for body confidence in recent years, detailed her own struggles in a bid to help others.
While promoting her latest wellness retreat she confessed in an Instagram post on Monday: ‘I spent years hating myself- for everything I was- too curvy, too deprived.. Neither extreme brought me happiness.
‘Learning to see self care, moving my body and accepting myself as non-negotiables in my life was a turning point for me and I want to pay what I’ve learnt forward.’

Proving she was at peace with her body, the reality star later shared a slew of bikini snaps from her holiday in Jamaica.
Vicky looked incredible in a white bikini as she posed makeup-free to showcase her stunning natural beauty.
Another snap saw the star posing up a storm in a purple halter neck swimsuit while she also modelled a black cut away one-piece.
Yet earlier in the day she gave fans a more candid glimpse at her ‘real body’ as she shared snaps from different angles and posted an empowering message.
In her words she encouraged women that ‘every body is beautiful’ and that tummies ‘change, move, grow and squish’.
She looked great in a busty leopard print two piece before changing into a flattering red number.
She penned: ‘Let’s talk tummy’s… Every time I go on holiday my DM’s are flooded with women asking “how did you lose weight?!” Or “how did you get your tummy so flat?!”
‘And I get it.. I’m out here splashing bikini pics all over the gram with a seemingly taut tum tum all day long.. but I would just like to be the first to call BULLS***TTTT!!!
‘Tummy’s move, Tummy’s change, Tummy’s grow and Tummy’s squish!! And that is perfectly normal! That’s exactly what tummy’s and body’s in general are meant to do! And it is most definitely what mine does!!
She continued: ‘Just over the course of the day I can have about 10 different body shapes.. awww the joys of being a woman!
‘So next time you’re beating yourself up because you don’t look like your favourite influencer or you’re about to ask your favourite celeb for her workout routine, take a minute and first of remind yourself that every body is beautiful and deserving of love and celebration.

‘Don’t forget that! But secondly, know that she doesn’t probably doesn’t even look like that.. Not all day, not all the time anyway!
‘Because she’s human too.. and no one can escape the post pasta pot belly (unless you can say no to pasta.. but then honestly I just have to assume you’re a sociopath).
‘Stop letting these tiny little squares control how you see yourself.. We’re worth so much more than apps, likes and how we look in a bikini.
‘So have the pizza, take the picture, let your hair down once in awhile, champion all different tummy’s, but most of all stop wasting your life hating yourself…
‘You and your body are amazing – just as they are.’
