Tristan Thompson’s baby mama Maralee Nichols shared a sweet snap of their newborn son Theo Thompson in celebration of St. Patrick’s Day.
Shared to her Instagram Story, Nichols dressed up the three-month-old in a green onesie with ‘Happy St. Patrick’s’ written on the bottom.
Baby Theo was faced away from the camera as he laid on his belly atop a fuzzy white blanket.

Nichols, who boasts over 210,000 Instagram followers, has kept her son’s face off of social media, but has shared tidbits about life as a new mom.
In a February post, the fitness model gushed over ‘little angel baby’ and explained that name Theo means ‘Gift from God.’
She included a photo of herself cradling Theo as the mother-son duo each donned white outfits in front of a marble credenza.
Last week, new documents in Nichols’ ongoing paternity suit against Tristan Thompson revealed that the NBA star claimed to have been ‘engaged’ to then-girlfriend Khloe Kardashian amid his affair.

Excerpts from snapchats purportedly between Thompson, 30, and Nichols were included in a new court filing in the paternity case, according to Us Weekly.
In the alleged messages, Thompson repeatedly tells Nichols that he and Khloe were set to be married and would be announcing ‘publicly’. The documents also claim that the athlete shelled out $2million on an engagement ring.
Communications between Nichols and Thompson are said to be from April 2021 when the trainer was pregnant with his son, conceived while he was in a relationship with Khloe.
‘You literally just told me you are engaged and are trying to be with your family.. I didn’t even know you were engaged,’ Maralee wrote in one message. ‘You have a record of treating me like absolutely crap and this whole situation has been upsetting.’
A delayed reply from Tristan came several days later: ‘I’m engaged but I will be married soon. I told you I won’t and can’t be in the child life at all by no means … Why not wait till yoj [sic] find the right person to have a family with. Why would you want a baby with a man that’s engaged. You wanna keep a mistake.’

Kardashian was spotted recently wearing a large diamond ring on her ring finger but it is unclear if that is the same piece of jewelry referenced in the documents.
Khloe recently revealed that the new family reality show, Kardashians, will address Tristan Thompson’s paternity scandal as ‘respectfully’ as possible.
The 37-year-old reality star told Variety that upcoming The Kardashians show on Hulu will touch on the 30-year-old NBA star impregnating Maralee Nichols.

She explained: ‘It will be addressed on the show. We try as a family to protect the privacy of our partners or significant others, since they didn’t really sign up for this; we did.
‘But if something is really public like this was, it would be strange if Tristan was a part of the show and then all of a sudden he disappears and we don’t ever talk about it.’
The mother-of-one went on to say that it is important to keep the show as real of possible for diehard fans but also be fair to anyone who has been involved with the famous family.
Khloe said: ‘Viewers will almost feel slighted, like we aren’t sharing things and it’s not as real. So yes, we do address it. I always try to be as respectful as possible, but it is reality.

On Monday, January 3 Tristan took to his Instagram to admit that he had fathered his third child – a son named Theo Thompson – with a third woman as he wrote: ‘Today paternity test results reveal that I fathered a child with Maralee Nichols. I take full responsibility for my actions.
‘Now that paternity has been established, I look forward to amicably raising our son. I sincerely apologize to everyone I’ve hurt or disappointed throughout this ordeal both publicly and privately.’
Tristan then spoke directly to the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star whom he first started dating in 2016.
He wrote: ‘Khloe, you don’t deserve this. You don’t deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you. You don’t deserve the way I have treated you over the years.
On Monday, January 3 Tristan took to his Instagram to admit that he had fathered his third child with a third woman as he wrote: ‘Today paternity test results reveal that I fathered a child with Maralee Nichols. I take full responsibility for my actions’
‘Khloe you don’t deserve this. You don’t deserve the heartache and humiliation’ he said in a groveling apology
‘My actions have certainly not lined up with the way I view you. I have the utmost respect and love for you. Regardless of what you may think. Again, I am so incredibly sorry,’ his statement read.
Tristan has had a documented history of being a serial cheater amid his relationship with Khloe as his first cheating scandal went public in 2018.
In 2018, Dailymail.com revealed Tristan had cheated on the then-pregnant Khloe with a strip club worker from New York City named Lani Blair.
They welcomed daughter True on April 14, 2018.
At the time, other outlets reported additional women; however despite the cheating scandal, Khloe remained with Tristan until she when she split with the athlete in February 2019.
In February 2019, Tristan kissed Jordyn Woods after a house party, which was his second cheating scandal.

Despite the turmoil, Tristan and Khloe rekindled their romance during the COVID-19 pandemic as they went into lockdown together in March 2020 with daughter True.
It was reported in June 2021 that Khloe and Tristan broke up for the second time.
That same month, DailyMail.com exclusively revealed how Tristan disappeared into a bedroom with three women at a house party in Bel Air over the weekend. Lawyers for Thompson denied the claims.

On March 13, 2021, Khloe gushed about Tristan on Instagram in honor of his 30th birthday – which, at the time, confirmed their very much on-again status.
Khloe had confirmed their on-again status in the gushing post, writing: ‘The ones that are meant to be are the ones who go through everything that is designed to tear them apart and they come out even stronger than they were before. Thank you for showing me everything you said you would. For the father you are. For the best friend I have in you. I’m thankful that I can do absolutely nothing with you and it feels like everything.’
Adding: ‘I hope you know today and everyday how loved you are by me and so many. I can’t wait for all the memories. This is when life just starts getting good.’
Maralee previously claimed the child had been conceived while celebrating the NBA pro’s birthday in Houston in March 2021.
The Rockets played the Celtics in Houston on March 14 – one day after he posted his comments on Khloe’s Instagram and seemingly the day after their reported hotel meet up.
