Alison Hammond has shared the ins and outs of her gruelling workouts as the TV star hit the punch bag at the gym.
Alison, 48, who was announced to be Matt Lucas’ replacement on The Great British Bake Off in recent weeks, shared a clip of her hitting the gym as she urged her followers to “get it done”.
In the first part of the video montage, This Morning presenter Alison was seen on the treadmill before going on to use some battle ropes.
She then took to a punch bag for a spot of boxing.
Alison’s fans and celebrity pals have since applauded the star as they told her how fantastic she’s looking.
“Showing us how it’s done!” penned new mum Shaughna Phillips, as MAFS UK star Whitney Hughes said: “Smashing it”.
“Well done Alison you rock it!!” said someone else, while a fourth went on: “Well done Alison you look great”.
“Go girl. You look fabulous !” added another.
Meanwhile, many others questioned where Alison got her colourful trainers from.
Alison has spoken candidly about her fitness and weight in the past after having undergone gastric surgery in 2014.
Speaking about going under the knife, the Big Brother favourite insisted that the surgery isn’t necessarily the easy option.
Speaking to a This Morning caller last year who asked if they should consider having the surgery as well, Alison candidly told them: “Here's the thing. Both myself and Vanessa [Fetlz] have had gastric surgery in the past.
“Let me tell you this, it’s not an easy road. A lot of people see it as an easy thing to do. It’s not necessarily easy.”
She added: “And, as you can see, I still haven’t lost all my weight at all. It’s not easy, darling.”
Alison is a regular face on This Morning, and hosts Friday’s edition of the ITV show alongside close pal Dermot O’Leary.
For a recent segment for the programme, Alison met with Kate Middleton and Prince William as the royal duo visited her hometown of Birmingham.
Her meeting with the Prince and Princess of Wales went down a storm, with Alison evening going on to invite them round for dinner.
Apparently Alison discussed with Kate what her favourite cocktail was.
Looking at a candid photo that had been taken of her and the Princess of Wales, Alison said on last week’s This Morning: "I mean it looks like I’m just laughing randomly there but she’s talking to all of us and having a conversation, we were talking about cocktails.
"She was saying that she likes spicy cocktails, she doesn’t like the sweet cocktails or anything like that."
She went on: “[Kate] likes spicy food… so I invited her over to my house, I said 'next time you’re in Birmingham, come over to my house. I’ll cook for you'."
Apparently the royal mum-of-three accepted her invitation as Alison hailed their meeting as “the best day ever”.
