Tess Daly fronted the first series of Strictly Come Dancing back in 2004 with Sir Bruce Forsyth. However, despite her many years as part of the BBC favourite, there is one person in particular who she wants to see on the dance floor.

The 50-year-old revealed that the Duchess of Cornwall would be her dream royal contestant on the programme.
During an interview with Hello! magazine, the wife of Vernon Kay explained how one of the Strictly judges actually knows Camilla.
Tess claimed Prince Charles’ spouse, 72, was a fan of the competition, saying “we’d love to have her”.
She commented: “Camilla has a great sense of humour and is so down-to-earth. She’s a huge fan of Strictly and told us how much she enjoys it.

“We’d love to have her on the show. She’s friends with Craig Revel Horwood so maybe I’ll ask him to have a word.”
The latter, 55, has also been on Strictly since the beginning, and now appears on the panel alongside Shirley Ballas, Bruno Tonioli and Motsi Mabuse.
Craig is currently in the midst of the Strictly Come Dancing Live! tour, performing in Glasgow last night.
The run of performances will then take in Nottingham before three final dates at The O2 in London.
Tess, who recently launched her own homeware range, added that she would “love to talk interiors” with the Duchess and the Prince of Wales, 71.
“I’m sure they have incredible taste,” she stated.
The host also revealed that her ideal dance partner would not be her husband, TV host Vernon, 45.
She added: “I haven’t tried my favourite dance – the Argentine Tango – with Vernon yet. I’m sure there would be a lot of toe stamping going on.

“If I had to compete on Strictly, I’d need a tall partner, like Johannes [Radebe], Graziano [Di Prima] or Anton [Du Beke].”
Her comments come just days after Tess and Vernon put on a cosy display on the red carpet at The National Television Awards 2020.
It was a rare outing for the couple, who wed back in 2003, and share daughters Phoebe, 15, and 10-year-old Amber.
The couple looked loved-up as they posed for photographers, before Strictly clinched the gong for Best Talent Show.

Wearing her blonde tresses down, Tess showed off her incredible figure in a black jumpsuit as she seemingly went braless underneath.
The number featured wife-leg trousers and sheer sleeves, which came complete with a chic polka dot.
“What a night that was…” she posted to her 816,000 Instagram followers afterwards. “Thank you @davebenett for this photo from the red carpet at last nights National Television Awards.”
