Former Strictly 2023 contestant Amanda Abbington has seemingly fuelled rumours that sparks are flying between Ellie Leach and Vito Coppola.
The Sherlock actress, 51, who quit the BBC show last month due to medical reasons, took to Instagram to praise Ellie, 22, and Vito, 31, branding the pair “the most beautiful couple”.
Amanda gushed over the couple after ex-Coronation Street actress Ellie posted a photo of her latest performance with Vito.
The duo topped the leaderboard with their American Smooth to a cover version of Ain’t That Kick In the Head by Robbie Williams.
Ellie captioned the dance floor shot: “thank you, thank you, thank you. What a magical night, we are so grateful for all of your support and we’re soooo happy to be through to another week on that Strictly dance floor.”

Amanda was one of many to comment on the post, writing: “Stunning. So proud of the both of you. You are the most beautiful couple!”

It comes after Vito dedicated an adorable social media post to Ellie, writing: “And to you my Lulu… I am so proud of you and you know how much I believe in you.

According to the Daily Star, Ellie and Vito are said to be “smitten” behind-the-scenes of the BBC show.
A source claimed to the publication that the duo’s relationship is “bigger than what the camera captures”.
People who watch Ellie and Vito together in rehearsals believe they have found “more than just matching rhythms”, according to reports.
The source continued to claim: “Vito and Ellie’s connection is more than dance showmanship. It’s turned personal, heartfelt, real.
