TV sensation Stacey Solomon has shared a glimpse inside the emotional moment she decided to pay her joy forwards as she helped another expectant mother to celebrate her little one’ impending arrival.
Stacey, 33, is currently pregnant with her fifth baby and was even treated to an adorable baby shower last week courtesy of her sister.
However, rather than letting the joy end with her celebration, Stacey made the bold decision to help another pregnant mother experience the same joy as she donated her baby shower balloons to another mum in need.
Documenting the sweet moment on Instagram, Stacey shared a heartfelt post from the mum it had been able to help as she revealed that hearing the news had truly “made her day”.
Alongside an image of the expectant mum and her baby shower, a post read: “Sometimes things just “work out” and lucky for us the wonderful @label.lady.i posted on her stories that they were giving away @staceysolomon’s baby shower balloons.”
“This meant that we could transform a girl’s lunch into a special surprise celebration for my beautiful sister and one she will never forget.”
The post then added: “After all we have been through lately with our Evie being so poorly, this was a well deserved distraction. We are so incredibly grateful for their generosity and treasure the memories made, for a lifetime.”
Stacey herself then commented: “I gave away my balloons from my baby shower, so this lovely lady got to have them at her special baby celebration and the didn’t go to waste. Seeing this has made my day.”
Ever a champion for recycling, the ability to help minimise waste and support a woman in need was a huge bonus for Stacey, who has been busy at home working on her own DIY creations for her baby’s nursery.
The latest update comes after fans were convinced Stacey may already have “leaked” the name of her upcoming child, after hints were made on social media, during her crafting sessions for her baby girl's nursery.
Over the weekend, Stacey shared an incredible look at the homemade teddy bear hot air balloon mobile she had made for her daughter.
The star penned: "From mummy with love little one… Patiently waiting for you to be here, we are all so excited to finally meet you baby girl…"
"She’s very comfy apparently, letting me know who’s boss already. Now just need to find a safe out of reach little cubby hole to put this in" with cloud and heart emojis.
And eagle-eyed fans were quick to notice that Stacey had used a collection of white beads and pearls to decorate the mobile as they questioned whether her unborn baby's name is Pearl.
Taking to the comments section, one person said: "Baby Pearl. Just a suggestion" with a heart emoji.
A different account put: "By any chance are you going to call her Pearl??"
