They recently spent Christmas apart for the first time in their 40-year relationship.
Yet Sharon Osbourne was every inch the doting wife as she supported frail husband Ozzy Osbourne following dinner Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills on Friday.
The legendary rocker, 71, walked with the help of a cane while his X Factor star wife, 67, lent a helping hand, as they made their way home after being reunited following the festive season.

Ozzy was hospitalised last year after falling at home and hurting his spine, with doctors advising that he shouldn’t fly afterwards.
And as he left dinner after spending some quality time with his wife, the affects of his injury were clear as he carefully maneuvered himself off the pavement with the support of his cane and his loving wife.
Still, the Black Sabbath singer was dressed to impress for his night out, sporting a snazzy black coat with featured glittery lapels and gold button detailing.
He teamed it with a black jumper, dark blue jeans and smart black shoes.

The star added his signature gold cross necklaces and rounded purple shades to his look.
Meanwhile, Sharon looked as glam as ever as she rocked a Gothic-style long black coat with floral cuffs and black boots.
The pair appeared content following their intimate dinner as they made their way down the street after spending time together.
During an appearance on Loose Women last month, Sharon discussed how she will be spending her first Christmas without Ozzy as she and Kelly are in London while he is in Los Angeles.

She said: ‘He’s going to stay home with Jack and Amy and the grandkids and I’m here with Kelly.’
The Crazy Train hitmaker was hospitalised earlier this year after suffering a fall at his LA home, which dislodged the metal rods in his spine that had been put in after a quad-bike accident in 2003 and the tumble also caused his spinal cord to become compressed.
Sharon said: ‘It’s the first time – this will be our 40th Christmas – that we’re not together. It’s going to be different. Kelly and I are going out for our Christmas lunch.
‘He fell and damaged his spine. It’s kind of been a domino effect, one thing happens then another thing…
‘The doctors didn’t want him to get on the plane. And Ozzy I must say is quite nervous about flying all that way.’

Revealing she will spend a lot of the day chatting to Ozzy on FaceTime video calls, she added: ‘All day FaceTime, he rings all the time. He’s like, “What are you doing now?”‘
Meanwhile, the couple’s daughter Kelly Osbourne slammed ‘sickening’ stories about dad Ozzy being on his ‘death bed’.
The 35-year-old singer took to her Instagram Stories on Wednesday with a tirade against ‘sickening articles’ about the 71-year-old.
‘[S]ometimes the media makes me sick!!!’ wrote the Papa Don’t Preach hitmaker.
The post started out positively, with Kelly writing, ‘Today I had a wonderful start to 2020. I went out to lunch with my family.’

‘It’s no secret that my dad has had a rough year when it comes to his health but come the F**K on this is utter bulls**t.’
Indeed, the frontman has been candid about his recent health issues, describing 2019 as one of the ‘most f***ed up years of [his] life’ during an appearance on SiriusXM’s Ozzy’s Boneyard.

The heavy metal legend said: ‘It’s been one of the most f***ed-up years of my life.
‘I broke my neck in January, I had pneumonia, I’ve had f***ing blood clots … it’s been an eventful year, to say the least. I have been in such pain this year.’
He also elaborated about his neck injury, saying: ‘I went home for a short break and I got two staph infections in two of my fingers. God knows how that happened. That cleared up.
‘Then I did the New Year’s Eve show at the Forum here in Los Angeles. That was the last gig I did, cos the following February, I went for a bathroom break in the night and lost my footing. I hit the deck like a f***ing ton of bricks.’
