Selena Gomez gushed she felt ‘so honoured’ to be part of Britney Spears’ wedding day on Friday.
The singer, 29, took to Instagram after the nuptials to post a group shot with Madonna, Drew Barrymore, Paris Hilton and Donatella Versace where she shared her excitement over the day.
Britney, 40, said ‘I do’ to her partner of five years Sam Asghari at her Thousand Oaks home and stunned in a sweeping Versace gown on the lavish day.

Selena wrote in her post about the wedding: ‘Congrats Britney!! So honoured to have been part of your wedding day. Love you!!’
The Naturally hitmaker looked stunning in a strapless blue jumpsuit which showed off her gorgeous figure and later teamed it with a matching jacket.

After the big day on Friday Britney revealed the behind-the-scenes moments leading up to her wedding to Sam.
The pop sensation posted a few snaps from the couple’s event and admitted that she felt ‘nervous’ and had a ‘panic attack’ before saying ‘I do’ to Sam, 28, in a lavish ceremony at her Thousand Oaks, California, home.
‘I was so nervous all morning but then at 2:00 pm it really hit me … WE’RE GETTING MARRIED!!! I had a panic attack and then got it together,’ the star shared in a lengthy Instagram post.

‘Wow !!! Holy holy crap !!! WE DID IT !!! WE GOT MARRIED !!! Gggggeeeeezzzzz !!! It was the most spectacular day !!!’ she started out her caption.
‘The crew who created our home into literally a dream castle were fantastic !!! The ceremony was a dream and the party was even better!!!’ Spears went on.
The singer then gushed about all her A-list wedding guests: ‘So many incredible people came to our wedding and I’m still in shock !!! @drewbarrymore my girl crush and @selenagomez who btw is way prettier in person if that’s possible both came !!!’
The star also mentioned her infamous kiss with Madonna, 63, writing: ‘I was speechless … I kissed @madonna again and we danced into the night with @ParisHilton.’

She continued, thanking Italian fashion designer Donatella Versace, 67, for designing the wedding dress that made her feel ‘so beautiful.’
The Womanizer hitmaker then thanked her makeup and jewelry team, before wrapping up her caption with a funny recollection of last night’s festivities.
‘I think we all fell on the dance floor at least 2 times !!! I mean come on … we were all VOGUING !!!’ she joked.
Spears ended the caption professing her love for her new husband: ‘@SamAsghari I LOVE YOU !!!’

Other famous faces present at the celebration were Ansel Elgort, Maria Menounos, Kathy Hilton, and Britney’s superstar attorney Mathew Rosengart.
Paris, 41, was quick to comment on the post, writing, ‘Love you so much sis! So happy for you! Such a beautiful bride!’
Earlier in the day the beauty shared some of her favorite wedding shots, including a romantic snap of her and Sam kissing on a balcony adorned with a sea of pink and white flowers.
Another delightful photograph saw the couple at the altar, which was also made out of stunning pink and cream floral arrangements.
Britney also posted a photo of the Cinderella-style horse-drawn carriage that was seen awaiting the bride and groom outside her home, as well as the stunning pink tent at her $7 million California mansion, underneath which they got married.
The wedding ceremony – which was the singer’s third – was not attended by her estranged family members, father Jamie Spears, mother Lynne Spears, and sister Jamie Lynn Spears.
Also missing were her sons Sean Preston, 16, and Jayden James, 15, whom she shares with her second ex-husband Kevin Federline, 44.
According to a wedding insider, the bride was reduced to tears of joy at several moments during the ceremony, with People reporting that she ‘walked herself down the aisle’ in the absence of her estranged father and her two sons.
‘Britney walked herself down the aisle. She looked absolutely stunning in her main dress,’ the source said. ‘She cried happy tears at some moments.’
‘It ended up being the happiest night for Britney. She wanted a fairytale wedding and she got it. Britney looked stunning.’
