A video of Post Malone performing recently caught the attention of fans on Twitter.
In the clip, the 24-year-old sings his hit song I Fall Apart and seems to be giving an emotional performance, briefly stumbling and rolling on the floor.
He addressed concern from fans, who thought he was intoxicated in a recent viral video of a concert, while on stage in Memphis, Friday night, saying ‘I’m not on drugs and I feel the best I’ve ever f*****g felt in my life.’

Addressing the concern at his latest show, the Circles singer emphatically said he was not on drugs and said that was how he was able to put on dramatic and fun shows every night.
‘And that why I’ve been busting my a** for these shows and can f******g fall on the floor and do all that fun s**t,’ he said.
Post Malone (born Austin Richard Post) thanked fans for their concern but insisted he felt amazing without mind altering substances.

On Thursday and Friday, worry grew among fans on social media after videos of the singer rolling his eyes back in his head and seeming to stumble on stage went viral.
Before Post Malone made his statement, his family and crew were clear that they viewed those antics merely as his on stage persona.
Smitty, who DJs for Post Malone (born Austin Richard Post), shared an Instagram story seemingly in response to the video that caused concern, reading: ‘Posty is fine. This is his stage presence. Had no doubts.’
In the story shared by the DJ, there were comments on the video by Post Malone’s manager Dre London, opening act Tyla Yaweh, and Carnage.

Fans started sharing the clip early on Friday, with one writing ‘Post Malone has been acting “weird” on stage…I’m not trying to assume anything, but he looks like he’s under drugs.’

Though there is no evidence the Rockstar singer was under the influence, many fans responded to the video and took his actions of appearing to stumble and struggle stand as cause for concern.
