Rapper Offset broke a fan’s phone by smacking the device from his grip as at an Atlanta-area Target, according to a new report.
Junior Gibbons was shopping at the Sandy Springs, GA store when he spotted the hip-hop star near the register and whipped out his phone to document the encounter, TMZ reported.
“What up, Offset?” the 18-year-old says in a video of the meeting, before the rapper comes from behind and takes a swipe toward Gibbons’ phone.
The video cuts off just before Offset makes contact.
Gibbons claims Offset told him “get that f–kin’ phone out of my face,” slapped it to the ground, then walked off with a friend toting a baby stroller box.
The iPhone screen cracked when Offset hit it, Gibbons said, and he wants the rapper to replace it.
