Noel Gallagher slashes a total of £1million off his London mansion in the space of two months following three year battle to sell property

Noel Gallagher has slashed the asking price of his six-bedroom, five-bathroom London mansion for the second time in two months as he continues to struggle to find a buyer after three years. 

The substantial stucco-fronted period property went on sale in 2016 for £11million, before being offered at the ‘bargain’ price of £8,950,000 in December last year. 

In February, the Oasis rocker, 51, took £500,000 off the Little Venice property, bringing the asking price down to £8,495,000 and now, in April, it’s been listed at £7.94m.

‘I’ve got one on the market and it’s proving very difficult to shift… if you’re a Russian oligarch. I’m upgrading.’

The rocker said he liked to have a spare in case he needed to get away from wife Sara MacDonald.

‘I’m living in one house and I’ve got a spare one, which does come in handy if I have a row with the missus,’ he said.
