Manchester United’s legends came together to celebrate the life of former teammate Liam Miller.
Roy Keane led a Manchester United Legends side against a team made up of ex-Ireland and Celtic stars in Cork on Tuesday.
The Liam Miller Memorial match was played in honour of the former midfielder, who passed away in February this year.
The likes of Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes and Gary Neville all played in the match, which United won on penalties after a 2-2 draw.
A black tie gala dinner was held after the clash with some great prizes up for grabs in an auction.
Among those being bid for were a signed Cristiano Ronaldo Juventus shirt and a VIP experience at Old Trafford.
Legends from both clubs helped raise funds for The Liam Miller Testimonial Fund and Marymount Hospice in Cork.
And it appeared to be a heavy night as they toasted the life of their former teammate.
Gary Neville uploaded a snap of Giggs, Scholes and Nicky Butt looking worse for wear as they prepared to fly home, alongside an emoji of a pint of beer.
Let’s hope he has recovered in time for his Sky Sports duty this weekend.
