Hitting back AGAIN: Myleene Klass was forced to defend her breast-feeding photos again on Thursday

In the comments of her original post on Tuesday, where she had shared an intimate gallery of images breastfeeding son Apollo, an Instagram user put: ‘Isn’t this the same as posing topless?’

To which Myleene hit back at the comment, saying breast-feeding is designed to keep her child alive and if people think she is posing topless, they need to ‘call a therapist’.

She angrily responded: ‘No. Topless pics are to seemingly titillate and excite men. BF your baby is designed to feed your child and ultimately keep them alive.

Yet despite the troll’s comment, Myleene took to her Instagram Stories to share all the support she had received from fellow parents.

She penned: ‘So much support still pouring in. Also, on my feed and DMs, many remarking, this is already acceptable, why need to show it? If you need to ask, there’s your answer already.

‘You might be ok with it, there are so many that aren’t, men have messaged saying their wives breasts are for them (!!!!), completely forgetting the purpose of boobs and that they *actually* belong to their wife!

Speaking out: It comes after Myleene defended her choice to post pictures of herself breastfeeding and revealed she felt ‘chastised’ by mum-shamers during an impassioned post earlier this week

Normal: The Smooth Radio presenter said that photos of breastfeeding ‘normalises’ the process for other mothers, who may feel ’embarrassed’ or ‘judged’

‘There are women that believed because it was easy for them, it’s easy for all, what’s the big deal?! I’ve watched my own gfs cripple themselves with the physical pain and guilt of not being able to BF.

‘The bottle actually saved their sanity and most importantly, fed their child.

‘There are those that don’t want to see ‘it’. It being what? The feeding? My half a boob? Seeing a mum feed should be no different to seeing someone eat their dinner.

‘Only when there is no judgement and comment will that actually show BF is accepted.’

Alongside the snaps, she wrote: ‘Uh oh. Some of us mums are being chastised for pumping. No one bats an eyelid prepping their own breakfast, why choose to get flustered over my baby having his? Boobs were designed to feed’

She continued: ‘My body, my baby, my choice. I’ve been exclusively breastfeeding Apollo for 11 months. He’s my miracle baby. It’s a part of our bond. I love, LOVE doing it for him’

The mother-of-three took to Instagram on Tuesday to air her feelings on breastfeeding in public, as she revealed her son Apollo, has been breast-fed for 11 months.

Finalising her point by going into detail about the struggles new mums face, she said: ‘The cracked nipples, feeding through mastitis, engorgement, bleeding, blocked milk ducts, the fear someone’s left the freezer drawer open and ruined your milk stash, the night pumping…’

No rest for the wicked: The broadcaster went on to upload a photo of herself nursing her baby boy following a glitzy night out

The Smooth Radio presenter said that photos of breastfeeding ‘normalises’ the process for other mothers, who may feel ’embarrassed’ or ‘judged’.

Myleene shared a an intimate gallery of images of herself breastfeeding her adorable son Apollo, who she welcomed 11 months ago with boyfriend Simon Motson.

Alongside the snaps, she wrote: ‘Uh oh. Some of us mums are being chastised for pumping. No one bats an eyelid prepping their own breakfast, why choose to get flustered over my baby having his? Boobs were designed to feed.

‘How funny that some fat, cells and glands could so deeply offend so many. Being a mum is hard enough. You can’t do right for doing wrong. Seemingly, everyone knows how to raise YOUR baby except you.

Not shy: Myleene pictured feeding Apollo alongside some colleagues during a work event

‘If you feed with formula, you’re supposedly the devil, if you breastfeed, you’re offending those that don’t or can’t and worse yet, the patriarchy won’t be able to control themselves…stop titillating the men folk!’

She continued: ‘My body, my baby, my choice. I’ve been exclusively breastfeeding Apollo for 11 months. He’s my miracle baby. It’s a part of our bond. I love, LOVE doing it for him.

‘The photos of other women breastfeeding, pumping, normalise things for me and if mine, in turn, do the same for other mothers who feel embarrassed, judged or that they should need to stifle their baby under a Muslin lest they offend some wallflower with their life giving, breastfeeding skills, I’ll continue posting.’

‘Aren’t we lucky?’ The TV and radio star highlighted the highs and lows of breastfeeding in the candid posts

Finalising her point by going into detail about the struggles new mums face, she said: ‘The cracked nipples, feeding through mastitis, engorgement, bleeding, blocked milk ducts, the fear someone’s left the freezer drawer open and ruined your milk stash, the night pumping…

‘The leaking, the boulder sized bras cutting up your shoulders, the extra weight your body clings onto, trying not to spill a drop as you decant at work, timing your feeds so you don’t explode, watching what you eat and drink, these mums deserve support and respect, not critique. What a bunch of babies.’

Early this year, Myleene declared she was on a mission to ‘normalise’ breastfeeding and said she’s not trying to ‘race her body back’ after putting on five stone in pregnancy weight.

She told MailOnline: ‘I breastfeed at the radio, I breastfeed on the train, I breastfeed absolutely anywhere, anyone who’s around me is used to me breastfeeding.

‘It’s important to normalise breastfeeding, it’s more in this country because I think when you’re abroad there’s a different feel to it. I just want to normalise it so it makes it easier for everyone.

Myleene is also a mother to daughters Ava, 12, and Hero, eight, and is a step-mum to Simon’s son and daughter from his previous marriage, who are the same ages as her girls.

WHY IS BREAST BEST, ACCORDING TO EXPERTS?

Mothers are urged to breastfeed, if possible, in order to give their infants the maximum dose of nutrients.

Bottle-feeding can be costly for many parents struggling to cope with the financial burden of a new baby.

Formula milk also has varying levels of nutrients, decided by the provider.

And it is often not easy for babies to digest.

However, babies who consume both breast milk and formula may not get enough vitamin D and still need drops or mothers who take supplements.

Many women who breastfeed incorrectly believe that this gives babies all the nutrients they need, said Dr. Carol Wagner of the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston.
