So funny! Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury, both 20, were duped into believing James Corden was interviewing them for America’s The Late Late Show
Molly-Mae sported a full face of make-up and had her blonde locks styled into a wavy half-up, half-down ‘do, while wearing a crisp white shirt.
Tommy smartened up from his usually T-shirt and tracksuit look, opting for a black shirt and slicked back hair.
In preparation for the prank, audio clips of James Corden asking random questions to ‘real celebrities’ had been taken from previous shows hosted by the comedian and cobbled together for the ‘fake’ interview.
The Love Islanders were tricked by a fake producer (Archie) who explained that ‘transatlantic tech issues’ meant they couldn’t actually see James asking his questions, but were assured that he could see them.

The YouTube stars started conducting the prank by counting down to ‘recording’ before Josh fired off the fake questions from pre-corded audio.
‘James Corden’ began by asking: ‘So, you two are dating?’ to which Molly-Mae answered: ‘We are indeed,’ while Tommy responded: ‘It might be a bit past dating, but call it that if you want!’
The fake James then asked the Love Island couple to explain what it is they actually do for a living, for ‘American viewers’ who wouldn’t have a clue who they are.
Tommy explained that he’s a ‘professional boxer, professional athlete,’ who met his girlfriend during a break from sports to appear on reality show Love Island.

Describing her job, Molly-Mae said: ‘I just work on social media. So, I’m a full-time influencer.
Fake James then asked who they would want to play them in a movie, with Tommy opting for Leonardo DiCaprio and Molly-Mae choosing Margot Robbie, enthusing that it’d ‘be like Wolf Of Wall Street’.
Asking about new things they’ve had the chance to do amid lockdown, Tommy confessed he done things he ‘would’ve never done, like put the dishwasher on, hoover up.’
The comedian kept them going a fair few segments, without the couple ever realising that they were being pranked.
