She and her ex-husband Blake Shelton announced their surprised divorce in 2015 after 10 years together.
Miranda Lambert and her new husband Brendan McLoughlin stood out from the rest of the audience at the 53rd CMA Awards in Nashville when they didn’t clap after her former husband performed on stage, according to Us Weekly.

Stone faced: Miranda Lambert and her new husband Brendan McLoughlin stood out at the CMA Awards on Tuesday when they didn’t clap after her ex Blake Shelton performed, according to Us Weekly
‘Everyone stood up to clap for Blake at the end of his performance except Miranda Lambert and her husband,’ a member of the audience said.
‘At the commercial break, they both left their seats.’
The cold reception was in contrast to how Blake and his partner Gwen Stefani acted when Miranda took to the stage to sing her song It All Comes Out in the Wash, which featured a car wash setup framing her drummer.
According to the same witness, the two singers ‘were nodding their heads’ while Miranda played.

Miranda referenced her reticence to talk about her marriage to Blake in the newest issue of Health magazine.
‘When everyone’s worried about your personal life, it makes you feel like, “Well, if you could just spend some of that time talking about my actual art, that would be great!”‘ she said.
‘But I guess I asked for it, getting into this business,’ she continued. ‘I’m never gonna get used to the public eye in that way.’
Miranda and Blake announced their separation in July 2015 on the same day as an Oklahoma judge finalized the split.
The two had managed the difficult task of separating in private and kept their court filings out of the news.

The seeds of Miranda and Blake’s relationship began a decade earlier in 2015.
Though they’d met a few times in passing, their first big connection came at the CMT 100 Greatest Duets special when they were paired up for a version of David Frizzell and Shelly West’s 1981 hit You’re the Reason God Made Oklahoma.
At the time, Blake was married to his first wife Kaynette Gern, whom he’d married in 2003
‘I’ve never had that kind of experience with anybody,’ he later said of the future couple’s duet. ‘I was a married guy, you know? Looking back on that, I was falling in love with her, right there on stage.’
He filed for divorce in February 2006, though he claimed not to have started a relationship with Miranda until his first marriage was finished.

The two made their new relationship official in 2007 at the CMT Awards red carpet.
In May 2010 Blake asked Miranda to marry him in the woods near her home in Tishomingo, Oklahoma, after he’d already secured her father’s permission.
‘We had a couple of Bacardi and Diet Sprites – in a Solo cup!’ she said of the low-key affair.
The couple tied the knot in May 2011 in Texas, but by 2013 rumors were swirling that the marriage was in trouble.
‘Divorce is not an option,’ she said in response to the rumors after the two won the ACM award for Song of the Year.

Blake complimented her songwriting during the post-award interview, which came as a surprise to his wife.
‘I was actually shocked at the really nice things he said,’ she said, right next to her husband. ‘He’s never told me that, so I heard it for the first time like everybody else.’
In an interview with People, Blake said he allowed his wife to go through his phone, which suggested she felt the need to take him up on the offer.
Miranda added more fuel to the fire with her 2014 album Platinum, which featured a song called Priscilla.
The track, about the difficulties of marrying a celebrity, included the line: ‘How do you — or don’t you — get the love you want when everybody wants your man?’
Despite their attempts to put on a good face and occasional public duet performances, the two weren’t able to salvage their marriage, which ended a year later.
New love: Blake has partnered up since his 2015 divorce with Gwen Stefani. The two got close in 2014 while working as coaches on The Voice; shown in August
Since then, Blake has partnered up with singer Gwen Stefani.
The two first got close while working as coaches on The Voice in 2014, prior to his divorce.
She separated from her husband Gavin Rossdale in 2015, shortly after Blake’s own marriage had ended.
