Luann de Lesseps just narrowly avoided going to jail!
RadarOnline.com can exclusively report that a Florida court accepted The Real Housewives of New York’s plea deal in her 2017 assault arrest case.
The reality star drafted the plea proposal with her attorney last month. She was mandated to appear in court Wednesday morning to learn her fate.
According to court records viewed by Radar, de Lesseps has been sentenced to 12 months of probation for battery against a police officer.

As Radar readers know, the reality star was arrested after assaulting a cop during a Palm Beach boozy bender on Christmas Eve 2017.
She also threatened to kill a police officer while resisting arrest, an explosive video of the drunken mishap revealed.
As a part of her plea deal, de Lesseps must also attend two Alcoholics Anonymous meetings per week. In addition, she is ordered to attend a victim impact class put on my Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MAAD).
She must pay $866 in court fees, and write an apology letter to her victim.

De Lesseps’ plea arrangement will be transferred to New York state, where she currently lives.
She has attended rehab twice after the shocking arrest, most recently checking out earlier this month.
