Love Island is the most talked about dating show on television and sees it’s stars shoot to fame once they leave the villa.

Contestants spend a summer flirting, crying, arguing and re-coupling to compete to get their hands on the coveted prize of £50,000.

But the cash flow doesn’t stop there, and Love Islanders have gone on to rake in millions of pounds through Instagram, clothing lines, club appearances and TV shows.

But who has made the most money from Love Island?

Alex and Olivia Bowen – £4.4mllion

Alex and Olivia, who starred on series two, have reportedly made the most money since leaving the show – earning a staggering £4.4million, according to The Mirror.

The pair have gone from strength to strength since leaving Love Island, having married in September and securing a £25,000 magazine deal.

Since leaving the show, Olivia landed her own show, collaborated with Quiz and Mark Hill and was announced as the face of W7 makeup.

Meanwhile former scaffolder Alex landed modelling deals with Boohoo and launched his own clothing line MVMNT.

The former Love Island stars are thought to earn around £2,000 per Instagram post and do at least one per day, according to The Mirror.

Olivia has also earned cash from TV appearances and reality shows – from presenting This Morning fashion segments and strutting her stuff on the catwalk for Rocky Star.

Olivia and Alex tied the knot in an idyllic Essex ceremony last year and kept the details of their nuptials shrouded in secrecy.

Away from the big day, Olivia was seen discussing the cost of the day as she said: ‘The original quote is for £20,000’, before shocked Alex said: ‘What? For flowers!?’

As Love Island’s first ever marriage, having met on the second season of the show in 2016, the couple flaunted their lavish nuptials – complete with gold thrones and a surprise helicopter.

Dani Dyer reportedly earned £1.7million since leaving the show after winning £50,000 with ex boyfriend Jack Fincham.

The daughter of Danny Dyer is thought to have bagged a six-figure contract to be the face of Mark Hill, according to the publication.

She also collaborated with In The Style to release a fashion range – thought to have earned her a staggering £750,000.

When Dani and Jack, who found love on the show before parting ways earlier this year, raked in the cash from collaborations with Luzocade and Cadburys.

Dani reportedly earns £15,000 from one sponsored Instagram post and has already released a chart-topping autobiography, according to the publication.

Dani only announced her split from her Love Island beau Jack in April, and just 20 days later, she and Sammy were spotted passionately kissing in the street.

Jack is said to be ‘devastated’ by how quickly his ex has moved on from him.

Amber Davies – £1.6million

Amber Davies found fame on series three of Love Island when she won £50,000 alongside Kem Cetinay.

Despite parting ways with the Essex lad shortly after leaving the show, Amber has paved her way to a small fortune as she took to the WestEnd stage.

The star, who worked as an entertainer for London’s circus themed club night Cirque Le Soir, landed a role in Dolly Parton’s West End musical 9 To 5 and also filmed her own ITVBe show.

She also charged £5,000 for personal appearances and landed a £500k clothing deal with Motel Rocks and was snapped up after an ‘intense bidding war between major fashion retailers’ according to OK! Magazine.

She reportedly earns £10,000 per Instagram snap and has collaborated with Motel and Boux Avenue.

Upon landing the role, Amber, who trained in musical theatre before entering Love Island, shared how she wished to change the public’s perception of her.

She told the Evening Standard: ‘I only graduated in 2016, so I’m very fresh out of college. But I am trained and I have every right to be here.

Kem Cetinay – £1.5million

Kem Cetinay, who enjoyed a romance with Amber on the show and went on to win series 3, has reportedly earned £1.5million since leaving the villa.

The hairdresser from Essex came the first ever male ambassador for Primark, signed a lucrative deal with Boohoo and has worked with McDonald’s and Sainsbury’s.

Since winning the show, he has also been ever present on our screens and was a contestants and host on Dancing On Ice and as showbiz correspondent on Good Morning Britain and This Morning.

Kem bravely opened up about his struggles with anxiety, saying he felt like he was ‘locked in a prison’ after finding out his beloved mother had 24 hours to live when he was younger.

Speaking to Heat as part of their Where’s Your Head At?’ mental health campaign, the 22-year-old reality star emotionally revealed his anxiety was triggered at the age of nine after his mother Figen developed septicaemia following a failed operation.

The Dancing On Ice star also revealed that he first bonded with Love Island BFF Chris Hughes as he recognised that he too struggled with anxiety.

Chris Hughes – £1.4million

Chris Hughes, who appeared on season 3 of Love Island, is thought to have raked in £1.4million since leaving the show.

The star found love with Olivia Atwood but the pair split after the show – but not before bringing in the cash form their show Chris & Olivia: Crackin’ on.

The star signed lucrative deals with McDonald’s, Jaffa Cakes, Carphone Warehosue and First Choice as well as a collaboration with Topman for boxer shorts.

Chris, who is in a relationship with Little Mix’s Jesy Nelson, recently announced that his  brother is cancer-free, four months after he revealed his sibling had been diagnosed with testicular cancer.

Kady and Scott made nightclub appearances every two months when they left the show and charged £10k for each one.

Kady, 23, who appeared on series two of the show, shared the tweet, adding: ‘Who even said she was the plus size contestant?

‘Maybe we shouldn’t be labelling women as anything and just letting them be who they are. Skinny/slim/curvy/obese who cares.’

Personal trainer Gabby, 27, coupled up with Marcel Sommerville on season 3  before they broke up amid a cheating scandal.

But that didn’t stop Gabby from raking in the cash doing what she loves. The star went on to released her own fitness app which soared to number one in the charts.

She collaborated with Quiz and and also released a fitness and cookbook, Shape Up with Gabby Allen, and earns £3,000 per Instagram post.

Olivia Attwood – £1.2million

Olivia, who couple up with Chris on Love Island, had made a staggering £1.2million since the show.

She earns most of her cash form personal appearances, where she charges £10,000, and Instagram posts which earns her up to £2,000 per snap.

Since leaving the villa, Olivia also had her own magazine column and took part in Celebs Go Dating.

Megan Barton-Hanson – £1.1million

Introducing herself in the show’s official trailer, she told viewers: ‘Hi I’m Megan. I’ve joined the agency because I’m 25. I want to find someone to go on holiday with, have dinners with.

‘I’m not fussy about your age or your sex I just want to have someone to live life with.’

And since his split with Dani, he is due to appear on the next series of Celebs Go Dating.
