She said: ‘When Tommy and I came second, we walked off stage together and it sounds a bit cringey but we just looked at each other and we were just like we don’t care.
‘It was a really lovely moment. I just looked at him and I just literally felt like I’d already won anyway.’
She said rumours that Tommy is quitting boxing are not true: ‘That’s his life, boxing is him through and through, it’s all he knows.
‘It’s his whole life, he could never, ever give it up. He’s gonna take a little break, he’s got a very busy few weeks, busy few months, and I think as soon as things calm down, he’ll be straight back in the ring.’
Molly denied leaving the Love Island WhatsApp group.

‘I’m still in that group,’ she protested. It’s not an active group, I’m not gonna lie, there’s not many conversations flowing but I’m still in that group.’
On which Love Island pals she’s caught up with since leaving the show, she said: ‘Tommy and I went on a double date with Maura and Curtis which was really sweet.
I think everyone’s just so busy at the moment like couples even struggling to see each other. I know Maura and Curtis have been apart for a while.
‘Me and Tommy were apart for a while, so you know, if I’m not even seeing my boyfriend, it’s unrealistic that you can try and like meet up with everyone.

‘But I know that when things start to calm down, we’ll probably all start trying to meet up and do things together, because I did make some really good friends in there.’
Meanwhile, Molly-Mae didn’t appear to be accompanied by a bodyguard after she was spotted earlier this week with security while in Manchester.
Shortly before the PA, the stunner revealed that she has been left shocked by the ‘vile’ online abuse she has received since her starring role on the ITV2 show.
Molly-Mae finished second on the show last month with her boyfriend Tommy Fury, but has found it hard to adjust to life outside the Mallorca villa after being branded ‘fake’ and ‘money hungry’ by some viewers.
Speaking to OK! Magazine recently, the blonde admitted she read some of the negative comments but had to stop as she found the accusations too upsetting.
‘I knew I was going to get my fair share of hate, but I didn’t know it would be to this extent,’ Molly-Mae told the publication.

‘To be called fake and all these horrible names like ‘Money-Mae’ when I haven’t actually done anything wrong was a shock. It is hard to hear.’
She added: ‘I did [read the negative comments] at the start but then I had to stop… I think it’s best not to. Some of the stuff that’s been said about me is pretty vile. There are death threats, which really isn’t nice.’
Molly has had therapy sessions since leaving the villa, taking advantage of the after-care ITV offers all its Love Island stars, which she says has ‘helped’.
Molly and boxer Tommy were the longest-standing couple in this year’s series of Love Island after coupling up for 52 days.

But despite their enduring romance, they failed to win the show, coming second to fan favourite Amber Gill and her partner Greg O’Shea.
The couple opened up on life in the real world during a TV interview on This Morning, with Molly-Mae insisting ‘winning’ was not ‘even in her head’ when she appeared on the programme.
Speaking to hosts Rochelle Humes, 30, and Mollie King, 32, Molly-Mae said: ‘It feels incredible.
‘We’re both so happy right now we wouldn’t change a thing. It’s just been such an incredible journey.’
Branding Molly-Mae his ‘dream girl’, Tommy added: ‘As soon as I met Molly, I thought “I don’t care if I go tomorrow because I’ve met the girl of my dreams anyway”. Obviously it wasn’t really about winning – we’re winners in our own right.
