And Amy Hart has continued to ensure she is putting herself first in the best possible way as she took to Instagram on Monday to share a clip filmed during a party in which she discussed losing friends during her stint on the show.
In a clip viewed by the Mirror, the air hostess, 27, gave a speech at a party as she revealed she had lost many friends during her time on the show yet lauded those at the party who had stood by her.

Amy was left heartbroken when she was dumped by Curtis after he made a move on Jourdan Riane, who rebuffed his advances in a shock move.
After telling him she had fallen in love, he continued to keep a distance before falling for the advances of Maura Higgins – leading to heartache.
Amid fears for her mental health, Amy made the brave decision to leave the villa after seeking therapy during her stint in the villa.
Having recovered from her heartache, she has turned her attentions away from Curtis and on to her former friends on the outside.

In the video, an emotional Amy was seen saying: ‘The criteria for today’s invitation list was as follows – nice to me before the villa, supportive whilst i was in the villa, and nice to me when i came out of the villa…
‘A lot of people that have been in my life for a long time didn’t actually meet that criteria… which is really sad but i am so grateful that i have all of you…
‘And I know you are my real friends because a lot of you were banned from Facebook during the time i was in the villa.’

When Amy left the villa last month, sources revealed after the news came to light: ‘It was Amy’s decision to walk from the villa as she felt she had gotten as much as she could from the experience.
‘She fell in love, had her heart broken and couldn’t stand the thought of seeing Curtis crack on with other girls while under the same roof as her…
‘She was given therapy and support from the producers at ITV and they felt she was emotionally sound enough to make her own decision. They would never dream of keeping someone in there if they weren’t happy about it.’
