The influencer highlighted her sensational physique in a pale brown bikini as she posed along the island.
Giving her social media followers a glimpse into her daily habits, the blonde said: ‘How have I managed to stay in the the EXACT same shape for 5+ years? No yoyo’ing, no stress, more fun, no dieting, consistency etc!
‘To be honest I hadn’t really noticed that my body looks exactly the same in every photo taken on every holiday I I’ve been on over the past 5 years until I decided to write this post!
‘Then I realised that it’s actually quite impressive and that there is definitely a reason behind it (worth exploring), especially when so many people fail to maintain their weight loss over longer periods of time.

Candid: In an accompanying caption, the reality star insisted the long-term solution for weight loss is ‘feeling good’
‘I think I’ve been successful because RIGHT at the beginning of my journey I realised one important thing. 1. Don’t lose weight to look good, lose weight to feel good… Start to feel good and then you will lose weight. Weight loss is a self esteem issue.’
The reality star recalled first noticing differences in her looks when she teamed a solid workout regime with injecting more ‘happiness’ into her life.
Louise added: ‘I was really unhappy and then I started implementing tools to find happiness (and surrounding myself with people who brought happiness) and then I started exercising and then the results came and lots of things improved in tandem.
‘But I don’t think I would have stuck to the fitness stuff if my headspace had still been in the gutter.

‘There were times when I’d go to the gym s**t loads when I was also indulging in LOADS of REALLY unhealthy behaviours and addictions and surprise surprise the gym thing lasted a month and then evaporated into thin air again. I was always such an extremist with food and exercise.
‘The truth is losing weight requires a rounded approach. It’s not just a physical issue. The hard part is feeling good about yourself.’
The TV star went on to share words of encouragement to her fans as she explained: ‘If you can work on that then weight loss will NEVER be about deprivation ‼️.
‘I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had to say no to something that I’ve really wanted and it certainly never feels challenging! Day to day life shouldn’t feel like a slog or an uphill battle. Life is too short, it isn’t a dress rehearsal.
Tips: The TV star also attributed her incredible appearance to sleeping more, eating ‘less addictive food’ and following a ‘neater’ schedule
‘I genuinely want people to live happier lives. Then other good things will fall in place. That’s why we’ve got a team who have built some good tools to help you guys feel better about yourself.’
In the comments’ section, the socialite pointed out other lifestyle switches she made during her journey as she wrote: ‘my environment has changed, don’t distract myself with pleasure.
‘Got rid of emotional eating, food as an addiction, stopped numbing discomfort with alcohol and food
‘More neat (Non-exercise activity thermogenesis) like walking and getting up from my seat to get something from the printer LOL, more sleep, massive education on food and what’s in it.
‘I count myself extremely lucky because I don’t ever deprive, myself of anything. I eat less addictive foods, I control the controllable and let go of other things.
‘I do stuff i’m good at and find easy to get myself motivated for the other boring and hard things.’ (sic)
In the romance department, Louise admitted she’s ‘working on her relationship’ with personal trainer Ryan, 30, and they still haven’t made plans for their wedding following their two-year engagement.
