Elizabeth Hurley, 53, showcased her age-defying beauty this week in the pages of Harper’s Bazaar, when she recreated that iconic safety pin dress.
The model, who shot to fame in 1994 when she first wore the incredible Versace gown, slipped into a similar number which was reimagined by Versace for the photoshoot with the fashion magazine.
Liz wore the now iconic gown, which was held together with gold safety pins, to the Los Angeles premiere of Four Weddings and a Funeral with her boyfriend at the time Hugh Grant in 1994.
Looking incredible in the plunging number, which featured a daring thigh-hight split at the side, the beautiful brunette stole the spotlight at the screening of the British film.
The romantic comedy was an unexpected box office success and earned Hugh a Best Actor Golden Globe for his portrayal of Charles, however THAT dress is still a talking point for the actress after catapulting her to fame.
Mother-of-one Liz, told the magazine that she “had no idea about fashion” at the time and did her own hair and make-up ahead of the premiere all those years ago, describing the experience as “very unglamorous”.
The following year, Liz became an Estée Lauder spokesmodel and appeared in numerous fragrance and beauty campaigns for the brand.
The Royals actress, who has her own line of swimwear and is no stranger to modelling her creations, flaunted her incredible figure in her latest photoshoot.
The new creation is less revealing then the first, with a more modest neckline, however still manages to flash a hint of her toned torso and highlight her incredible pins.
