The former TOWIE star, 36, has ramped up her fitness regime in recent weeks after admitting she was pining for her old figure ‘back’.
And Lauren showed off her hourglass curves as she left her gym after a sweaty workout in skintight black leggings and a beige crop top.
The television personality added a pair of white trainers to her look and carried her essentials in a Louis Vuitton handbag.
Despite the workout, Lauren cut a glamorous figure with her bronzed tan and sleek straight hair.

The television personality is reportedly eyeing up a TV comeback, 13 years after she shot to fame on The Only Way Is Essex.
‘Both shows have big audiences and cult followings. It would mark a big TV comeback for Lauren,’ a source told new! Magazine.
‘She feels she is in a good place and is ready to take on different challenges after a difficult year, Lauren isn’t the same person people saw on TOWIE – she’s now a mum and has changed a lot.
‘It’s really obvious to producers that she’s in a completely different stage of her life and she’s looking forward to showing a new Lauren. A woman who had different priorities than she did in her twenties.’
MailOnline contacted Lauren’s representatives for comment at the time.

Lauren is focusing on herself and her daughter Larose, two, after a difficult year.
Last month, the reality star’s ex Charles Drury denied assaulting her. He is accused of carrying out the attack the day after they buried their second daughter Lorena last year.
Lorena died shortly after her birth in July 2022 after her umbilical cord knotted twice around her neck.
Charles is charged with inflicting actual bodily harm on Lauren on August 4, 2022, Snaresbrook Crown Court heard.
The 26-year-old is also charged with engaging in ‘controlling or coercive behaviour’ against the 36-year-old between August 1, 2020 and August 5, 2022.
He pleaded not guilty to the charges during a brief preliminary hearing at the court in the east London borough of Redbridge on Tuesday.
While ‘personally connected’ to her, the indictment claims he ‘engaged in behaviour towards Lauren that was controlling or coercive which had a serious effect’ on her.
It alleges he ’caused Lauren Goodger to fear, on at least two occasions, that violence will be used against’ her, ‘at a time when he knew or ought to have known that the behaviour’ would have a ‘serious effect’ on her.

The second charge states that he ‘assaulted Lauren Goodger thereby occasioning her actual bodily harm’ on August 4 2022.
It was the day after the couple buried their daughter Lorena.
In court, Charles spoke to confirm his name and enter his pleas.
Judge Oscar Del Fabbro adjourned the case ahead of a further pre-trial hearing at the same court on February 12 2024, followed by a trial, listed for five days, starting on March 18 2024.
He released Drury on unconditional bail.
