The makeup guru allegedly pulled out of filming the newest series of Keeping Up With The Kardashians (KUWTK) as her friendship with Jordyn Woods made headlines.
Kylie Jenner reportedly quit the show in the middle of the series after rumours surfaced that her best pal had hooked up with her sister Khloe Kardashian’s man, Tristan Thompson.
The alleged incident shocked (KUWTK) fans worldwide, especially after Jordyn said on Red Table Talk that she had shared a kiss with the basketball star.
Kylie, who was recently dubbed the world’s youngest self-made billionaire after the success of her cosmetics line, was seemingly stunned by the turn of events.
While Khloe penned a few targeted tweets directed at Jordyn and Tristan after the news broke, Kylie refused to address it in public.
Now the trailer for season 16 of the popular reality TV series has been released, and mum-of-one Kylie was nowhere to be seen.
According to US Weekly, the 21-year-old wanted to grieve her friendship with Jordyn off-camera.
Their source revealed: “She was very upset about the situation with Jordyn and also just didn’t want to deal with it and have to address it.”
However, according to the entertainment magazine, she later returned to filming — though “it’s been a struggle and difficult”.
Their friendship was highlighted in a clip filmed earlier, which showed Kris Jenner raising a glass to the two pals at a packed dinner table: “Here’s to Jordyn and Kylie!”
Khloe, however, seems to let it all out in the new series, as the trailer showed the 34-year-old pouring her heart out on camera.
Through tears, she said, “It just sucks it has to be so public”, before continuing, “I’m not just a TV show…like this is my life”.
Another clip showed a distraught Khloe screaming at her phone, shrieking the word “Liar”.
Her ex, Tristan, has not responded to the rumours.
The new series will air on E! at 9pm on Sunday, March 31.
