Kim Zolciak and Kroy 'fighting after police body camera footage'

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann ‘fighting again after learning what was said about one another in police body camera footage’ – after calling off divorce following ugly split

After agreeing to give their marriage a second try a few weeks ago, Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are reportedly at odds once again after learning what was said about one another during an encounter with the police back in May.

TMZ has reported the arguments have been sparked by police body camera footage which captured a visit law enforcement made to their Georgia home over a domestic dispute.

The couple are reportedly hurt after hearing what each had to say about one another to police during the visit.

The video shows Kim, 45, saying she believes her husband may have a traumatic brain injury, while Kroy, 37, claimed his wife has issues with gambling.

While insiders close to the couple have said they would not be shocked if the duo split up once again, they don’t believe the pair would immediately file for divorce if they did decide to separate.

Until earlier this month, the couple had been embroiled in a very ugly split with alleged dirty laundry for both parties coming to the surface. However, in an abrupt turnaround, they decided to call off their divorce a few weeks ago.

The footage Kim and Kroy have been allegedly quarreling over was released after they decided to give their marriage a second try.

In the video, Kim cried uncontrollably and was unable to fully explain herself after Kroy  locked her out of the house.

The Don’t Be Tardy star could be seen telling law enforcement that ‘something is wrong’ with her husband after a dispute on May 2 at their Georgia McMansion – which they recently defaulted on credit on – just weeks before their reconciliation.

RadarOnline posted the footage which showed a distraught Kim greeting police in a blue bathrobe as the officer asked if he could come into the house to which she responded: ‘Please. He’s f***ing crazy.’

She led the law enforcement officer into the kitchen and was sobbing as she put her hands on her head against the kitchen island and whimpered: ‘I can’t keep doing this every day of my life.’

The site reports that Kroy had called police after the couple had a dispute in the bathroom where Kim ‘was refusing to leave’ the master bedroom despite her husband’s wishes to shower.

Interesting: The 45-year-old Don’t Be Tardy star could be seen telling law enforcement that ‘something is wrong’ with her 37-year-old husband after a dispute on May 2 at their Georgia McMansion – which they recently defaulted on credit on – which came weeks before their reconciliation

She alleged that he had locked her out of the house and stolen her car keys.

The reality star happened to be on speakerphone with a pal at the time as the person would chime in occasionally when Kim would have trouble explaining herself.

The friend could be heard saying: ‘He has been so aggressive and so ugly. He has been following her around the house and she went down to the basement bedroom.’

The pal went on to indicate that the bad blood between the married couple has been happening ‘for a long time’ as Kim told the police that she would be calling them the next time ‘he does something to me.’

The police footage was released just days after the reality star filed to dismiss her divorce filing against the former pro athlete, according to documents obtained by TMZ.

The feeling appears to be mutual, as sources close to the couple also shared that Kroy plans to file his own paperwork to dismiss his divorce petition.

The reunion comes after the couple reunited in public for the first time since their divorce filings to take their four youngest children to church in Atlanta.

The sources added that the animosity between the two has disappeared, and they are now getting along much better.

Let’s call the whole thing off! The police footage was released just days after the reality star filed to dismiss her divorce filing against the former pro athlete, according to documents obtained by TMZ

They added that their four youngest children — sons KJ, 12; Kash, 10; and Kane, nine; along with his twin sister Kaia — are one of the biggest motivators for them to find a way to stay married.

The sources also claimed that Kim and Kroy’s love for each other was never in doubt, and they still have plenty for each other.

However, that is a shocking turnaround after sources previously claimed to TMZ in June that the couple ‘hate each other.’

In May, shortly after Kim first filed for divorce, they were said to be ‘avoiding each other,’ even as they continued to live together in their Atlanta mansion.

It’s unclear what exactly changed between the couple that helped pull them back from the brink.

Their Sunday reunion with their youngest children now appears to be a signal that they were ready to get back together.

Despite the bickering between the two, who have clashed over parenting and Kim’s alleged gambling issues, they were civil enough to take the children out for some food after the service.

The couple’s united front came as sources revealed that the duo were prioritizing their children, despite their heated divorce.

‘Despite everything Kim and Kroy are going through, they will always put their children’s needs above all else,’ an insider told Us Weekly. ‘That’s their No. 1 priority no matter what and what will help them coparent moving forward.’

‘Regardless of how they feel about each other, they’re determined to remain amicable when it comes to their kids,’ the source added.

The fact that the two now want to stay married is even more shocking considering that they had to get law enforcement involved in their bickering recently.

In June, Kim called 911 on Kroy and claimed that he had accused her of kidnapping their oldest son KJ, TMZ reported.

She told the operator that she had allowed a friend to take their son to a playdate at a rodeo, but after Kroy learned of the trip, he allegedly threatened to file a kidnapping charge against the woman who took KJ to the rodeo.

‘He has harassed not only the mother but my son is shaking and hysterically crying and I’m just going to pick him up but I don’t know what else to do at this point,’ Kim claimed on the call.

‘It’s petty and I hate to call the police on it… I don’t think this is going to be the end of this to be honest,’ she added.

Kim also accused her soon-to-be ex-husband of stealing one of her handbags that had divorce papers in it on the call.

The couple have also been beset by money woes in recent months.

Late in June, Kim was sued by Target National Bank, the organization that runs Target credit cards, for allegedly failing to pay a $2,482.24 balance on her card.

Just days earlier, Kroy found himself in hot water when he was sued by a casino credit line in the Bahamas.

He had taken out a line of credit for more than $100,000 for a gambling trip in the Bahamas, but then never paid the money back, according to a copy of the lawsuit obtained by TMZ.

Gambling issues appear to be at the center of the issues between Kim and Kroy. Amid their ugly divorce, a years-old tweet from her oldest daughter Brielle resurfaced in which she claimed her mother kept her waiting in their car for hours as she gambled until 3 a.m. after driving to a casino in North Carolina.

In May, Kroy claimed in court filings that his estranged wife has a gambling ‘compulsion’ and has been spending large amounts of money on the habit in recent years.

Bad blood: The rancorous relations between the two in recent months included Kroy accusing Kim of having a gambling problem, while she suggested he was an unfit parent because he allegedly smokes marijuana; seen in 2017 in NYC

He also alleged that the time she spends gambling makes it impossible for her to properly care for their children, and he requested to the judge overseeing their divorce that she undergo a psychiatric evaluation.

In June, DailyMail.com obtained photos of Kim making withdrawals of wads of cash two times in a week from a Bitcoin ATM.

She first withdrew a sizable stack of what looked like $50 bills, before returning just two days later to get some more cash.

The day between her withdrawals, Kroy was seen leaving a marriage counseling session on his own, as Kim did not appear to have attended it.

In late May, Kroy claimed that Kim was in the grips of a gambling addiction that had ‘devastated their family financially,’ according to legal filings obtained by TMZ.

He claimed that his estranged wife had been displaying ‘very troubling behavior,’ and he claimed the significant amount of time and money she wasted on online gambling had turned into a ‘compulsion.’

The former NFL star also alleged that the problem gambling was eating away at her ability to effectively care for their minor children.

But Kim has also implied that her once-estranged husband was putting their children’s safety at risk by using marijuana, which is illegal in their home state of Georgia except for a cumbersome process to acquire legal medical marijuana.

She said she had witnessed him smoking the drug, and she claimed to have been concerned about their children’s safety because of it, according to Radar.

In a court filing, Kim asked a judge to force her husband to submit to a five-panel hair follicle drug screen. The test shows marijuana use going back around 90 days, whereas a urine test only reveals marijuana uses going back for several days.

Money troubles: The couple also allegedly owe over $1.1 million in unpaid taxes, amid reports that they did not pay in 2013, 2017 and 2018

Despite her alleged concerns, the drug is legal in 23 states, as well as Washington, D.C. and Guam. In 2019, 48.2 million people, or 18 percent of Americans, used marijuana at least once, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Kim filed for divorce on May 8, 2023, but close watchers of the family had sensed trouble for some time as they fought back reports that their Atlanta mansion was being foreclosed on.

Sources close to the couple have claimed that cheating was not an issue, but their money problems had been a long-simmering issue.
