Katie Price has quit Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, despite hoping it would re-launch her career.
Bowing out of the endurance series just 48 hours into it, the reality star, 41, is said to have already left Raasay Island in Scotland where the show is filmed.
It is estimated that she will still receive her £120,000 paycheck for her momentary appearance.

Having become the nation’s sweetheart after starring on I’m A Celeb in 2004, sources revealed: ‘She wants people to see she’s still the old Katie that the nation fell in love with on I’m A Celeb.’
She even had her hair braided ahead of the TV appearance, replicating her jungle look.
But of Katie’s departure from the show two days after starting, a source told Mirror Online: ‘She had all her hair braided to enable her to get really stuck in, but when she discovered she was going to be in Scotland she lost all motivation.
‘Everyone had high expectations for her, but to last only two days makes people think she done it just for the money.’

Katie has had a tough time of late after facing money woes, struggling in her love life and having to deal with legal troubles amid her recent driving ban.
So news of her recruit on the show was no doubt a happy breakthrough for the star after her months of strife.
Insiders previously revealed: ‘After a tough time with her love life and financial worries, Katie is happy to get things on track and get her mind and body in the right place…
‘The show is the perfect outlet for her to boost her confidence and regain her fitness. When she left on Tuesday, she was so excited to get stuck into the action. She wants people to see she’s still the old Katie, that the nation fell in love with on I’m A Celeb.’

Last week, in a clip posted on YouTube, Katie teased she’s training for a ‘top secret project’, amid claims she could possibly be made bankrupt within six weeks after allegedly failing to keep up with her monthly payments.
The TV personality – who participated in the 2009 London Marathon – was reportedly ‘determined to be ready’ for the tense challenge, which sees contestants battle for survival in an ex-military base.
The likes of presenter AJ Odudu, actor Jeremy Irvine and winner Wayne Bridge starred in the first celebrity edition on Channel 4 earlier this year.

Sharing her thoughts on her upcoming project, Katie struggled to catch her breath on the treadmill as she said in the clip: ‘I’ve got five weeks to go until this particular thing I’m training for. Even reading the test makes me feel sick.’

Meanwhile, the reality star is being pursued by creditors and the taxman after revealing she has burned through her entire £45million fortune.
The I’m A Celeb star submitted a payment plan – known as an Individual Voluntary Agreement – over her estimated £250,000 debts to the High Court last December.
