Katie Price ‘only likes one Love Island contestant’ as she hits out at ‘set up’ show

Katie Price has shared her verdict on the current series of Love Island – and it's not very favourable.

The former glamour model turned reality TV star, 45, revealed that Whitney Adebayo is the only Islander she's a fan of this series, before going on to attack the show itself.

She asked her viewers on a TikTok like on 24 July: "Has everyone been watching Love Island this year? It’s just so set up now that it’s coming to an end, isn’t it? I just think it hasn’t worked this year.

"None of them are solid couples and the parents are going in to meet them. Not for me."

Last night's episod, 23 July, saw the Islander's friends and family enter the villa, including Zachariah Noble's celeb sister radio DJ and former I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! star Snoochie Shy.

However, even the awkward scene in which Molly Marsh's dad pulled Zach for a chat over his recent behaviour, wasn' enough to keep viewers entertained with many appearing to agree with Katie, as they claimed the episode was the "most boring to date."

Taking to Twitter, one fan wrote: "What a boring episode. Would have expected the parents to be a lot more honest and be asking questions of partners…wheres the protectiveness!? #LoveIsland"

"The most sh*t boring episode to date! Whitneys sister was intense. Abi's parents… for the love of god, tell your daughter that Scott doesnt like her ffs. #loveIsland" added another.

And a third tweeted: "This episode was too boring and I don’t think any of these couples are strong #loveIsland"

A fourth quipped that episode was overshadowed by ex-islanders Tommy Fury and Molly-Mae Hague's engagement news, writing: "Not that boring episode being overshadowed by tommy and molly mae’s engagement video [crying emoji] #LoveIsland"

Katie recently complained after a number of former Love Islanders were invited to the Barbie film premiere, while she was not.

Ranting about the snub on her podcast The Katie Price Show, Katie complained: "Every time I've been on the red carpet [at a film premiere] I always overshadow whoever's in it and I get the most press, and the whole point of the premiere is for press.

"Everyone knows that I was glam and I love Barbie. I would have been the perfect person to go, and I would have gone so over the top with a Barbie outfit."

Continuing her rant, Katie blamed "ridiculous snobbery" in the film industry for not receiving an invite, adding: "What would have been wrong with my going to Barbie?"
