The married couple are currently self-isolating together in Canada, and the singer admitted that he is loving being away from Los Angeles and surrounded by nature while they ride things out.

Justin, 26, revealed back in January that he had been diagnosed with Lyme’s Disease and that the autoimmune disease had greatly affected his skin, and said during the chat how the symptoms had made him ‘spiral with anxiety.’

When fans began commenting on his skin during the chat, his wife Hailey, 23, got protective saying: “Obviously it’s been a challenging process, it’s hard to be in the public eye and have people pick on you, for suddenly having adult onset acne breakouts.”

“After having perfect skin his whole teenage life, he is working on it. When we were in LA he was seeing a dermatologist… so leave him alone! He’s working on it! It’s not his fault,” she added.

Earlier, Justin expanded on how his Christian faith has helped him when he was recently suffering.

He explained: “A few months ago, I was struggling emotionally and mentally, none of the (material) things did anything because I was so hurt and I was confused and I was so sick. You can’t enjoy the actual physical, tangible things that money offers. It really had to come from within.”

“Going back to my faith in that time… it wasn’t money that got me through, taking the initiative to say I am struggling, I need help.”

While Justin praised wife Hailey for being there for him, he said it was “knowing that God was there for me” that made him pull through.

He said: “Reading the Bible, there’s always these stories in the Bible, whether it was healing them, Jesus was (saying) if our souls aren’t secure, all the other things… the facts are that Jesus forgives us for all the wrong we have done in our past. I was forgiven in a time when I was hurt and broken.”

Talking about when his world tour will resume, Justin explained: “What we’re doing right now, is trying to figure out the best time… each place is different with quarantine rules, so we’re trying to make the right decision.

“As soon as we can get things rolling where it’s safe… that’s where we’re at that. I think we should stay away from giving them dates as we really have no idea.”
