Jennifer Garner can’t seem to live down getting lost while kayaking with her daughter Violet.
“I’m a ding dong,” the mom of three quipped to Extra about the snafu in Stockholm, Sweden earlier this month. “I can save myself except that I get so lost.”
Garner and Violet were on a mother-daughter getaway when they inadvertently paddled further away than they intended. The duo were ultimately rescued by a man name Mattias Persson, who works for the kayak company from which she rented the boats.
“I did row us out of trouble, I did row and row for hours and hours, so did my 12-year-old, she’s a hero,” Garner, 46, said.
“She was lost on the waters of Stockholm with her daughter in one of our double kayaks,” the rental company said on its social media at the time of the rescue. “Fortunately [Persson] found them not too far away and was able to guide them back to our rental. Quite an adventure!”
It’s unclear if Garner plans to take the kids on any more adventures before school starts this fall.
