Late Wild ‘N Out star Ms Jacky Oh’s surgeon Dr. Zachary ‘Dr. Zach’ Okhah took to Instagram on Friday to break his silence two weeks after her death.
Dr. Zach – who has sued former patients for claiming he botched their surgeries – posted a statement to his account but made no mention of the 33-year-old talent or the incident.
The message to his nearly 97,000 followers began, ‘To all my past, current and prospective patients, PH-1 Miami remains devoted to the highest quality medical care.’
‘All aesthetic procedures are performed in a hygienically safe environment to universally recognized medical standards,’ it continued.
He went on to say, ‘I am relentlessly committed to advancing techniques in the realm of plastic surgery.’

Okhah’s statement finished, ‘Most importantly, my staff and I ensure that each patient is vetted, prepped and treated according to their individual patient history prior to any surgery.
‘Our mission is to help our patients achieve the best possible results in the safest and most medically appropriate way possible.’
The surgeon tagged his clinic in the post, which had white font set against a black background. It so far has 1,200 likes.
Jacky was pronounced dead on May 31 in Miami when she was found unresponsive after undergoing cosmetic surgery.
A BET Media Group spokesperson confirmed her passing in a post shared to Wild N’ Out’s Facebook page.
‘We are deeply saddened by the passing of Jacklyn Smith, known to the world as Jacky Oh, a talented Wild N’ Out family member whose impact will be forever treasured and missed,’ the spokesperson said. ‘Jacky Oh was a loving friend and beloved colleague of the Wild N’ Out cast throughout five seasons.’
The statement continued: ‘More importantly, she was a tremendous mother to three beautiful children.
‘The BET Media Group extends our sincere condolences to the Smith family, DC Young Fly, B Simone, Nick Cannon, and all friends who loved and cared for Jacky Oh during this difficult time.’

The doctor has sued a number of former patients for claiming in online reviews that he botched their procedures, Page Six reported earlier this month.
Okhah, known as a BBL specialist, sued Leila Penn in July 2021 for more than $30,000 after she alleged the surgeon ‘mutilated’ her in a review for healthcare marketplace RealSelf.
Okhah denied her claims in court documents obtained by Page Six, arguing her statements were ‘false’ and defamatory.
He also accused her of encouraging potential patients to get treatments elsewhere by ‘directly engaging with’ the commenters on the website.
The surgeon dismissed the lawsuit without prejudice in December 2021.
Then, in August 2021 the doctor filed a lawsuit for $30,000 against Kyla Neirenburg for stating in a Google review that ‘happy patients’ of his ‘don’t exist.’
She also claimed in a review that patients should read Okhah’s reviews on RealSelf because the positive ones were ‘likely fake’ or written by staff or friends of the surgeon.
Okhah argued Neirenburg’s review was defamatory, but the suit was voluntarily dismissed without prejudice in December 2021.
