Worrying: I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here’s Ian Wright sparked concern among his campmates in Friday’s show as he continued to struggle with ‘bad vibes’

After Jacqueline and Myles completed the Trial Snake Hotel, they were told they had to choose whether to bring the six stars with them to the Jail, or send them back to the Main Camp.

Eventually Myles and Jacqueline decided that they would use Rock Paper Scissors, and the result meant the stars were coming with them to Jail.

Meanwhile back in Main Camp, Roman had received a letter which read: ‘Earlier Jacqueline chose Myles to join her in today’s Trial, the Snake Hotel where they won six stars. They were then told they must join the outlaws in the jail house.

Struggling: In recent days Ian has admitted he’s struggling with the prospect of camp life and particularly the lack of food

‘However they were given the opportunity of whether to feed the main camp or take the food with them.

‘Jacqueline and Myles decided to take the food with them to the Jungle jailhouse. As a result you have just got rice and beans tonight.’

As expected the news did not go down well in camp with many of the stars stunned into silence.

Adele accused Roman of winding them up, and he admitted he didn’t blame them for keeping the stars after they won them fair and square.

Supportive: Caitlyn Jenner particularly shared her concern for Ian, and said he tends to ‘get down’ easily

Sad: Ian said: ‘And how that’s just going to put me in the wrong vibe all day now,’ before stepping away from the camp’

Ian was particularly unhappy, saying: ‘And how that’s just going to put me in the wrong vibe all day now,’ before stepping away from the camp.

Later in the Bush Telegraph he added: ‘I am gutted. Of course I am. And I’m not going to be any different than that because I’m actually pleased I’m not in the situation where I’d have to make that choice. It would have actually made me feel terrible.’

Caitlyn was more sympathetic to Ian’s plight, several days after the former footballer admitted he was struggling with life in the jungle

‘I worry about Ian. He can get down and that makes the whole journey even more difficult’ she said.

Friendly: The former football star spoke candidly to James Haskell about his struggles in the camp

‘They won six stars so they wanted to take it to the camp that they’re going to. I totally understand that. I saw Ian’s reaction and honestly I kind of feel sorry for him.

‘Sometimes you’re on the winning side, sometimes you’re on the losing side. You just have to learn how to deal with it.’

James Haskell also tried to lift Ian’s spirits, but the sporting star said: ‘It just made me feel like really, Jesus man, I can’t help reacting how I react.’

Sweet: The two celebrities shared a hug in the jungle, after James said that he should be open about his problems and move on

James replied: ‘I think that is absolutely the right decision but there are bigger fish to fry and it’s important that you have these emotions, it’s important that you show it but it’s important that you put a line under that.

‘That’s OK that’s not a problem reacting life that. We’ve saved you some beans and you should have that and you should give me a hug and be positive.’

Ian’s struggles come after he lashed out at Andrew Maxwell in a foul-mouthed rant earlier this week, after being pestered by several campmates to eat more of his dinner.

As the camp settled down for a dinner of crocodile feet, many of the celebrities were unimpressed with the offering, especially after Roman Kemp and Adele Roberts won ten stars for the camp.

Andrew asked Ian: ‘Everybody’s ate there’s two [feet] there.’

Ian was reluctant to tuck into the meal, adding: ‘I really honestly don’t want no more, [James] needs it more than I do, so what he can have another one if he wants.’

As Andrew continued to insist that he should eat more, Ian suddenly hit back: ‘I said I don’t want no more f*****g crocodile bro I don’t want no more.

‘There’s nothing more for us to eat and then you’re saying no and someone continues to ask you, it’s annoying.’

The following morning Ian did see the error in his outburst and kindly apologised to Andrew.
