‘It’s a look!’: Helen Mirren, 74, dons a blue face mask and safety goggles during a flight as she poses for a selfie in PPE
She’s spoken out in support of the NHS during the coronavirus pandemic.
And Helen Mirren showed she’s doing her bit to stay safe by posing for a selfie while wearing a face mask and goggles during a flight on Sunday.
The actress, 74, looked chic as she modelled her PPE alongside an LA Dodgers cap and casual white jumper.

Helen ensured her mask covered both her nose and mouth and even tucked the top of the face covering underneath her large goggles.
She completed her travel attire with a pair of white and silver earphones and captioned the snap ‘it’s a look!’.
Hundreds of fans took to the comments section to praise Helen for wearing a face covering on her flight.
One person wrote: ‘Oh thank God, someone besides me wearing goggles and wearing them correctly over the mask, also worn correctly. Full marks.’

While another praised the star by penning, ‘serving PPE fierceness’.
Last month Helen uploaded a candid and heartfelt video to her Instagram to celebrate International Nurses’ Day and show her support.
In the video she said: ‘Today is International Nurses’ Day. I work for L’Oreal which has the famous slogan, ”Because you’re worth it”.
‘Well today of all days we can say with our hands on our hearts, to the nurses, you are worth it.

‘Thank you for everything you have done, for your courage and for everything you will be doing.’
Helen added: ‘In the future, when you come to negotiate your pay rises, you can say, all together, very loudly, ”because we are worth it”.’
The star also recently opened up about how she has kept her ‘dark dragons’ at bay during lockdown – by getting stuck into gardening.
The Calendar Girls actress revealed in an interview with Yours magazine: ‘I love to spend time in my garden.
‘If I have a few free hours I love to dig around in the dirt. It’s so calming, worthwhile and a really good way of keeping those dark dragons away which I do have at times.’
