Gwyneth Paltrow has spoken about her ‘conscious uncoupling’ from ex-husband Chris Martin, 42. 

The 47-year-old actress admitted that she and the Coldplay singer are still ‘really close’ and found they made the best decision to split amicably for their children. 

However Gwyneth admitted that she fears she ‘f**ked the kids up in other ways.’

Speaking to News Corp Australia, the blonde said: ‘My ex and I are really close.’

‘We remain a family, even though we’re not a couple,’ she said, with the pair sharing daughter Apple, 15, and son Moses, 13, together. 

She said they wanted to split in a way that was ‘the least traumatic’ for their children.

But she added: ‘But I’m sure I’ve f**ked the kids up in other ways.’ 

Gywneth and Chris split in 2014 after ten years of marriage. She’s now married to American director Brad Falchuk, 48. 

She married father-of-two Brad in on September 29 in the Hamptons and only just moved in with him.

She revealed on Jimmy Kimmel Live this week that they wanted to give their children time to adjust to their new arrangement. 

‘I think, really, because we each have two teenage children whom we love very much, but we were just trying to be mindful and give them a little space and not move too quickly,’ Gwyneth said. 

The Goop founder previously revealed that she and Brad were living together just four nights a week. 

‘Oh, all my married friends say that the way we live sounds ideal and we shouldn’t change a thing,’ Gwyneth told The Sunday Times.
