Gemma Collins has revealed the secret behind her incredible weight loss — which has seen her shed three stone.
The 38 year old kickstarted her weight loss journey this time last year during training for Dancing On Ice, which she is preparing to return to for the Christmas special later this month.
Since hitting the rink with Matt Evers — and clashing with judge Jason Gardiner along the way — Gemma has now lost three stone, and let fans in on the trick behind her impressive slimming down.
The Only Way Is Essex star has admitted that she hides tempting food in the boot of her car to stop herself scoffing them when she gets peckish.

Gemma said: “I’ve lost three stone now and I feel better than ever. But Christmas is the month of temptation and it is a struggle to be good.
“I bought some beautiful cheeses and I had to put them in my car.
“At this time of year people say, ‘Oh I’ll have a mince pie’ but by the time you’ve got to Christmas Day, you’ve put on two stone.
“My car is literally full of cheese but it’s great because it’s helped me be more disciplined. I always try to have everything in moderation now,” she continued to tell The Sun Online.
Despite feeling her best and showing off her new svelte figure in a series of snaps, Gemma’s weight loss has been surrounded by controversy after she credited slimming injections for her transformation.
She told the publication last month: “Last time I had them, I didn’t eat for four days. Literally nothing.

“I just didn’t have an appetite. You just don’t think about food or being hungry. It’s fantastic and really works for me.
“I already lost three stone earlier in the summer but I have put five pounds back on after overindulging on truffle pizza on holiday, which is quite a lot of fat.”
Gemma recently enjoyed a romantic getaway with on and off boyfriend James Argent after once again reconciling their relationship.
