She’s lost an impressive three stone thanks to her committed work out regime and healthy eating after ditching controversial diet jabs.
And Gemma Collins continued to show off her trimmed down figure in a new Instagram snap on Tuesday after revealing she is on a ‘high fat diet’ and feels ‘more confident than ever’.
The TOWIE star, 33, slipped into a pink sports bra and matching leggings as she prepared for her next workout.

Gemma showed off her toned stomach in the eye-catching gym gear as she beamed at the camera.
In the caption she explained that she was ‘feeling fresh’ after heading out to a restaurant on Monday night as coronavirus restrictions were eased.
She wrote: ‘I feel fresh after the first night out. It felt so nice just to go for a bit of dinner it was so lovely I hope you all enjoyed it guys! GC GYM WEAR who’s excited? It’s coming! I’m training an hour later today will upload videos in a bit – wishing you the most beautiful day!’

Speaking to New Magazine this week about her fitness regime, Gemma said: ‘I feel more confident than ever. I don’t weigh myself every week although to be honest I did this week and I lost another half a stone.
‘I’m on a high fat diet – it all personal though, what works for me won’t work for you.’
She went on to say that it doesn’t really matter what the scales are saying but it’s more about how you feel in yourself.
A high fat diet involves a person reducing the number of carbohydrates they consume and replacing them with healthy fats.

In recent years, this type of diet has become popular among people trying to lose weight.
In the interview Gemma explained that she doesn’t have a specific end goal in mind regarding her weight loss but that it is nice to fit into smaller clothes and feel healthy.
She also detailed her exercise regime which involves cardio, weights and using a skipping rope and said she likes to mix it up with what she does every day.
Gemma also credited having a routine and working out outdoors as improving her mental health and said she realised there is no ‘quick fix’ to getting slimmer.

She kept off the outdoor chill in a zip up black jacket with stylish white stripes that ran from the neck down the sleeves.
And the newly converted fitness enthusiast completed her work out ensemble with a pair of funky grey and pink trainers.
The workout snap comes after Gemma encouraged her fans to lose weight naturally last week.
Previously, the reality star had advocated for the controversial weight loss injections SkinnyJab.

Speaking on the GC podcast she told her listeners: ‘I’m not promoting any diet injections or anything like that.
‘I kind of regret doing it but I feel like sometimes you’re in such a desperate place and you want to lose weight but actually I’ve come away from all the diet promotion because I wish we could get rid of that word diet.
‘It is so important that we keep getting that message home to people, that beauty is more than just these pumped-up faces, it’s not all about that.’
She continued: ‘It’s me Gemma, my new name is fitness queen. Since turning 40 I’ve become so much more aware of my health and I’m kind of regretting maybe not taking my health as seriously as I should have done.’
Gemma revealed that her new diet on her ‘massive health drive’ includes scrambled eggs, avocados and bacon, plus some small treats like jelly and nuts.
She explained that she has also been taking part in more exercise, and even wants to run the London marathon.
She shared: ‘I’ve gone health-obsessed mad and I’m loving it. I am feeling so fabulous about exercise. Imagine if I could do the London Marathon. Maybe I could. I would love to do it.’
