Yet Gaz Beadle and his pregnant girlfriend Emma McVey put the scary incident behind them as they enjoyed a family holiday with Chester in Ibiza.
The former Geordie Shore star, 31, and his model partner, 26, have taken to Instagram over the last few days to share several updates from their getaway.

In two separate snaps, Emma looked radiant as she displayed her growing baby bump in two different bikinis.
One picture saw the model take a picture of herself in the mirror while wearing a piece of tiny black ruffled swimwear, she sweetly captioned it: ‘Our little princess is in there @gazgshore.’
While a different snap saw Emma showcase her growing bump in a white strapless bikini as she held Chester in her arms, she labelled it: ‘Just perching on his little sister.’
The Instagram sensation also shared several sweet snaps as she revealed that they were ‘making memories’ before they become a family of four.

Gaz also posted various pictures of the trio on holiday and in one snap of his family relaxing in the swimming pool, he captioned it: ‘Sorry no pics at ocean club this year this will have to do ❤️ hotel @zafirohotels.’
While a different photo saw the former Geordie Shore star holding his son Chester in front of the swimming pool’s bar, he jokingly labelled it with: ‘Just 2 lads at the bar ordering a drink think he actually sat still for a about 30 Seconds here.’
The holiday comes after Emma revealed on Sunday June 30 that their son Chester was rushed to hospital after falling ill during their gender reveal party on the Saturday.
Pregnant Emma, 26, who learned during the bash that she and her 30-year-old Geordie Shore star beau are expecting a girl, was forced to cut the festivities short after their 18-month-old son became unwell and needed antibiotics for an infection.

Taking to her Instagram story on Saturday evening, the brunette beauty stated that doctors initially doubted her concerns over Chester’s health when she approached them several days before the party, only for him to need treatment at the weekend.
She shared a snapshot of her offspring standing in a hospital room, adding the caption: ‘Gender reveal ended in little monkey at the hospital… antibiotics and back to his usual self in no time hopefully!’
In another post, she wrote: ‘For all the absolute idiots trying to give me grief. I took Chester to the doctors Monday, but shock did they listen? No I’m just an over cautious mum, “he has a slight ear infection but doesn’t need antibiotics”.
‘Yesterday I knew he wasn’t right, he has an ear infection and bladder infection so finally letting us have antibiotics. He was running around yesterday and everyone thought he was fine, I’m not stupid and I know my child.

The reality star and model couldn’t believe their eyes when they popped pink confetti from a cannon in front of gobsmacked family and friends.
Both Gaz and Emma decided to throw the party to find out the sex of their new baby with their nearest and dearest.
