Friends Fear For Pregnant Jessica Simpson's Health: 'She's Headed For A Burnout'

Pregnant Jessica Simpson has been busily burning the candle at both ends – and RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively friends fear it could take a toll on her health if she doesn’t slow down.

“She insists she’s got this covered and that she knows how to handle a pregnancy better than most people, but there’s no way in hell she should be charging around on planes and wearing high heels in her final trimester,” an insider told Radar.

As Radar revealed, Simpson, 38, is pregnant with her third child with husband and former NFL star Eric Johnson. She revealed the pregnancy in Sept. on Instagram,  also confirming that she is having a baby girl.

“This little baby girl will make us a family of five. We couldn’t be happier to announce this precious blessing of life,” Simpson captioned a photo of son Ace, 5, and daughter Maxwell, 6, holding a string of pink balloons.

But while the former Daisy Duke is not shy about flaunting her growing belly, friends fear the third time isn’t a charm, especially when it comes to keeping herself and her unborn daughter healthy.

“Jessica’s diet has been horrible all pregnancy long,” the insider admitted to Radar. Indeed, Simpsons has been spotted gorging on junk food and fried food, and can easily gobble up meals meant for two people!

“She could really benefit from a spell of bed rest and changing her routine altogether,” the source continued. “If she keeps this pace up, she’s surely headed for burnout or at the least an extremely stressful last couple of months.”
