Daniel Craig is hanging up his James Bond tux, with No Time To Die his last outing as the spy.
And the 51-year-old star reportedly got emotional at the 007 wrap party, as he bid goodbye to the team.
It has been claimed the dad-of-two made a drunken speech at the bash, telling director Barbara Broccoli and the gang just how much he would miss them all.
Which is quite sweet.
‘I just want to say, and I am really quite drunk now so I won’t go on for long, this has been the best, most wonderful experience I have ever had,’ he reportedly told the gang.
‘You have all done the most amazing job. I could not be more proud to work with every single one of you.
‘I would like to thank you for this evening, for Barbara, for putting it on,’ the Mirror states he added. ‘Thank goodness, we did this tonight.’
According to the publication, the cast and crew enjoyed a swanky dinner to celebrate the wrapping of the upcoming film in Matera, Italy.
And they chowed down on a Bond-themed cake, just in case they didn’t get the movie memo.
Daniel has been joined by a string of famous faces, including Rami Malek and Lashana Lynch in the upcoming instalment, with Naomie Harris and Lea Seydoux returning to the fold.
His final outing as the spy hasn’t gone without a hitch, as he was forced to halt filming after just two weeks on set, following an ankle injury.
Back in May, the Layer Cake star slipped and ‘fell awkwardly’ on his ankle during a fast-paced chase scene in Jamaica.
‘He was sprinting during filming when he slipped and fell quite awkwardly,’ an insider told The Sun at the time.
‘He was in quite a lot of pain and was complaining about his ankle.’
Filming was pushed back while the actor recovered, leading many to question whether No Time To Die – penned by Phoebe Waller-Bridge – would be finalised for the movie’s slated April 2020 release.
But it looks like the gang have managed it.
Metro.co.uk has contacted Daniel’s reps for a comment.
James Bond: No Time To Die will be released in cinemas on 3 April, 2020.
