Charlotte Crosby has revealed her painful-looking black eyes and swelling as she left South Africa – hours after being rushed to hospital for breaking her nose.
The former Geordie Shore star had been abroad with her boyfriend Joshua Ritchie filming for series two of The Charlotte Show when she slipped by the side of her hotel swimming pool and broke her nose in three different places.
She was rushed to hospital in an ambulance and shared a series of bloodied selfies from her hospital bed while wearing a heavy bandage to keep her poor nose in position.
Luckily, it seems Charlotte’s schnoz is on the mend as she was spotted at Cape Town airport without bandages or plasters.
The battered reality star did show off two shiners though, with the area around her eyes looking sore and darkened thanks to her painful accident.
Charlotte’s face also seemed puffy and sensitive as she joined Joshua and her MTV film crew for the flight home.
She’ll now have to book an appointment with a specialist because of the potential lasting impact of her fall.
Charlotte splashed thousands of pounds on a nose job in 2016, blaming fame and the pressure of social media for her decision to go under the knife.
At the time, she revealed how she’d become obsessed with her "hook nose", adding: "My old nose was awful, it was so bad.
"It’s not like I can hide it. If I’d not been on TV, I’d never have got it done."
Since then, Charlotte has dramatically changed her appearance, opting for more plastic surgery to get bigger boobs, fillers to plump up her pout and Botox injections to smooth out any perceived imperfections.
