Cardi B’s competition with Nicki Minaj continues — and this time, it’s musical.
After Minaj released a video for her song “Barbie Dreams,” we hear Cardi will have new music dropping next week. But “it’s definitely not a diss track,” a music source told us.
We hear she’s featured on Pardison Fontaine’s new song. Cardi also performs on an upcoming DJ Snake track with Selena Gomez and Ozuna.
Our insider said when it comes to the rapper’s fight with Minaj, it’s unlikely to damage her career.
“Most [in the music world] are not shocked,” said the source. “Cardi’s been through much worse . . . Cardi walks the talk.”
The “Bodak Yellow” rapper’s first public appearance since her brawl with Minaj is scheduled to be Sept. 29, at the Global Citizen Festival.
