Some people like their eggs scrambled, others like them over easy, but 30 million people just liked an egg on Instagram — seriously! On Sunday, a stock photo of an egg surpassed Kylie Jenner’s first photo of Stormi Webster and officially became the most-liked photo on Instagram. The photo, which was posted on the account @world_record_egg, set out to surpass Kylie’s record of 18 million likes. “Let’s set a world record together and get the most liked post on Instagram,” the caption reads. “We got this ?.”
But don’t worry, Kylie is handling her Instagram dethroning just fine! On Sunday night, she reposted a video from a fan account writing, “Take that little egg.” In the throwback video, she’s cracking an egg on the sidewalk during a very hot LA day over the Summer. And just like that, a photo of an egg is more popular than a photo of Stormi Webster — what a time to be alive!
