Blac Chyna claims to have 'bombshell evidence'

Blac Chyna claims to have ‘bombshell evidence’ she never attacked ex Rob Kardashian as assault suit continues

Blac Chyna says she has obtained proof she never attacked her ex-boyfriend Rob Kardashian in late 2016.

Chyna, 31, claims Kardashian, 33, told the Los Angeles Department Of Children and Family Services she never attacked him in 2016, according to legal documents obtained by The Blast.

The interview was conducted several weeks following the alleged incident, and Chyna’s legal team are calling the record ‘bombshell evidence’ Kardashian perjured himself when making the assault claims under oath.

‘When questioned by DCFS on January 4, 2017 (just 3 weeks after Chyna’s alleged “violent attack”) about an “anonymous” report of domestic violence against Rob by Chyna, Rob replied that the allegations are “false” and “there is no domestic violence between [me] and [Chyna],”‘ the document reads.

Kardashian was allegedly clear he was never attacked by Chyna.

‘Specifically, Kardashian father stated mother [Chyna] has never hit him,’ the document continues.

Chyna believes this interview proves Kardashian lied under oath when recounting the alleged attack.

Doing her thing: Chyna was seen outside a local dispensary in Woodland Hills on Friday

‘The acquired new, bombshell evidence in further support…proving that Rob Kardashian perjured himself by testifying under oath that Chyna hit him in December 2016,’ reads the document.

Chyna’s legal team believe the lawsuit should be tossed as a result of the interview.

Additionally, Chyna’s lawyers cite unaired footage of the couple’s former reality series, Rob & Chyna.

The team claim to have found footage of Rob showing no visible injury, which was filmed one day following the alleged fight.

Hanging out: The reality star chatted with her pals while waiting outside the store

The footage is ‘conclusive evidence that Rob had NOT sustained any physical injuries whatsoever,’ according to the documents.

‘No human being subjected to such an attack would appear the next day on video with no bruises, no bumps, no broken bones, no limping, no blood/scabs, no scratches, no cuts, and no marks. Yet, that is precisely how Rob appeared in the video on December 16, 2016.’

‘Rob is seen in the unaired footage for Season 2 of Rob & Chyna laughing with his friend and interacting with his dentist with absolutely zero sign of any physical injuries sustained one day prior from Chyna.’

Kardashian’s attorney Marty Singer denied the new evidence, insisting there were multiple witnesses to the alleged incident.

‘Blac Chyna’s physical attack on Rob Kardashian was witnessed by multiple individuals, each of whom submitted sworn declarations in support of Rob,’ he told Page Six.

Kardashian is suing his ex for $700,000 in damages, according to The Blast.

Serious accusations: In court documents, Kardashian claimed Blac Chyna (born Angela Renee White) threatened him with a gun multiple times during an alleged altercation in December 2016; the former couple are pictured in May 2016

Kardashian accused Chyna of threatening him with a gun multiple times on the night of the alleged attack.

The reality star says the threats occurred in his sister Kylie Jenner’s home in Los Angeles in December 2016, according to court documents obtained by People.

‘She used my phone to FaceTime my friend Victory and while we were on FaceTime with him, Chyna pointed the gun at me and threatened me,’ Kardashian said in his declaration.

‘About 20 or 30 minutes later, Chyna came to the guest room, still holding the gun and FaceTimed my friend Eugene. When we were on FaceTime, Chyna pointed the gun at my head and threatened me. She also threatened Eugene.’

Court battle: ‘I believed that she could kill me, intentionally or because she [was] in such a drunken/high state that she could slip up and shoot me accidentally, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star said in his court declaration; the former couple are pictured in March 2016

Kardashian maintains the incident happened after Chyna had participated in a photoshoot where she consumed both drugs and alcohol.

The reality star has also claimed that Chyna wrapped an iPhone charger tightly around his neck and started to strangle him using her full strength, and that he tried to diffuse the situation by retreating to the master bedroom and locking the door.

In the documents he alleged that Chyna broke the door and ‘proceeded to use her fists and a metal rod to repeatedly strike [him].’

Later the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star stated that he believed his ex-girlfriend intended to ‘inflict severe injury to me and I feared for my life,’ and that he did not think her threats and attacks were in any way funny or a joke.

His take: Kardashian maintains he called Corey Gamble, the longtime boyfriend of his mother Kris Jenner, and asked him to come over to the house to help diffuse the alleged altercation

‘I believed that she could kill me, intentionally or because she [was] in such a drunken/high state that she could slip up and shoot me accidentally.’

According to court papers, Kardashian called Corey Gamble, the longtime boyfriend of his mother Kris Jenner, and asked him to come over to the house to help.

‘He helped me get out of the house and into my car. When I was trying to pull out of the driveway, Chyna took a chair and threw it at my car,’ he said in the declaration.

In his own declaration, Gamble claimed ‘Rob did not fight back and simply tried to shield himself from Chyna’s physical attack on him.’

Kardashian initially filed a lawsuit against Chyna (born Angela Renee White) over the alleged December 2016 assault in September 2017

Chyna’s lawyer Lynne Ciani disputes the accusations in a statement to Page Six.

‘There was no violent attack. Instead, the evidence shows that Rob and Chyna, a very happily engaged couple at the time, had a raucous and flirty time together on December 14, 2016 to celebrate the worldwide announcement that season 2 of their #1 rated hit reality TV show, Rob & Chyna, had been greenlit by the E! network.’

Ciani also asserted that Kardashian admitted under oath that he never feared for his life and actually thought it was funny when Chyna teased him while holding Rob’s unloaded gun.’

Bitter battle: The couple, who split soon after the alleged altercation in 2016, have also been in a heated child custody battle over their daughter Dream; Chyna is pictured with Dream

Chyna’s lawyer added that Kardashian is trying ‘to cover up his critical deposition admissions by now lying and claiming that Chyna ‘pulled a gun’ on him and that he feared for his life. This is just another one of Rob’s lies.’

Kardashian initially filed a lawsuit against Chyna (born Angela Renee White) over the alleged 2016 assault in September 2017.

In a legal filing reported this February, Chyna argued that the gun incident where she pointed the firearm at Rob was all part of a joke and that everyone involved was aware she was only kidding.

The couple, who split soon after the alleged altercation in December 2016, have also been in a heated child custody battle over their daughter Dream.
