The Grand National, the most famous race of them all will take place this Saturday 6th April, as 40 horses battle it out at Aintree.
So with the unpredictable weather, the main question is, what should you actually wear if you're a guest for the day at the races?
Although there is no real strict dress code, like with Ascot, it's the ultimate time to put on a posh frock and wear a statement hat or fascinator.
Similar to if you were attending a wedding, opt for a demure outfit, e.g. not a mini bodycon dress. Either below the knee, a maxi length or a jumpsuit is the stylish way to go.
Pick a dress that can easily be teamed with a chic jacket or blazer as this cold weather isn't set to budge.
Carry a clutch or this season's must-have mini bag, but make sure you can fit in an umbrella.
There is nothing worse than getting caught out by the rain and looking like a drowned rat when you've spent hours getting ready.
