If there’s one thing Elizabeth Hurley loves, it’s a bikini pic. She celebrated her 54th birthday this summer—with a white bikini photo, of course. And she’s even got her own swimwear line, Elizabeth Hurley Beach.
And, after taking a break because #winter, Elizabeth is back with a better-than-ever bikini Instagram showing off her toned abs. The actress posed in a pool, wearing a hot pink two-piece swimsuit with gold chains at the hips. (It’s actually one of her own bikini designs.)

So, how Elizabeth look basically ageless and crazy fit? Believe it or not, she’s not a huge fan of the gym. Instead, Liz prefers getting active outside.
She told Extra that sweat sessions at the gym aren’t her pick for exercise. “I don’t work out, per se, but I am very active,” she said. “I do a lot of exercise, but it’s really the gardening… cutting down a hedge, using my chainsaw to cut down a tree, logging, all of that stuff I do. So, I’m very active.”
Basically, she’s not a couch potato.
“I don’t really lie around on the sofa much,” Elizabeth told E! News in 2016. “I like running around, so I don’t feel like I need to be skinny, but I feel the need to be athletic and fit.”
Plus, she drinks a lot of water and pays attention to what she eats.
“Making more time for exercise, eating nutritious foods, and taking the time to do relaxing activities,” she says. Elizabeth gets a head-start on hydration by drinking two mugs of warm water first thing each morning. And that’s how she can take next-level bikini pics like it’s NBD.
