JAMIE Oliver has revealed how he makes BBQ chicken thighs in the air fryer with just three ingredients.
The celebrity chef, 48, dubbed the recipe “super easy” as it just requires three ingredients and your hands.
The recipe creates crispy chicken thighs with a crunchy breadcrumb coating on the outside.
To serve two people, the recipe requires four medium chicken thighs with the bone and skin removed, two teaspoons of BBQ seasoning and a handful of fine breadcrumbs.
Begin by drizzling your chicken thighs in whatever oil you have at home. Jamie recommends olive oil.
Then massage in the BBQ seasoning, before coating the thighs in the breadcrumbs.

Breadcrumbs can be store bought or homemade by blitzing bread in a blender food processor.
“Push the crumbs onto the chicken thighs so they stick,” Jamie says.
To cook, you need to arrange the chicken in a single layer in your air fryer with the skin side facing up initially.
The TV chef recommends spritzing them with oil spray or drizzling some on to help the breadcrumbs crisp up.

Cook at 180°C for 40 minutes, turning over halfway.
Jamie serves his BBQ crispy chicken thighs with corn of the cob. If you want to do this, place the corn on top of the chicken after 20 minutes and cook at 180°C for 10 minutes.
Half way through that 10 minutes, swap the chicken to be on top of the corn.
“Serve with coriander leaves and lime wedges, for squeezing over, if you like,” Jamie says. “Delicious with a crunchy slaw on the side.”
Jamie used to be known as the Naked Chef thanks to the stripped back recipe’s he produced on the BBC2 show with the titular name.
The programme was credited with inspiring men to cook due to the dad-of-five’s "blokey" approach in the kitchen.
These days, he is getting up to speed with new gadgets, like the air fryer, to share easy-to-replicate recipes on social media.
Among his other “super easy” air fryer recipes are baked potato skins, oat cookies, vegetable kebabs and potato wedges.
