John Legend has finally caught up to where we have been for ages — and admitted that his 5-year-old son Miles is his mini-me!
The “All of Me” singer took to Instagram to share a new video captioned, “Me and Mini-Me” set to Grover Washington, Jr.’s “Just the Two of Us.”
A post shared by John Legend (@johnlegend)
In it, he stands with a black t-shirt, black pants, and black leather jacket on. He smiles for the camera and rests his hands on his son Miles, who he shares with wife Chrissy Teigen. Miles is twinning with his dad, wearing a black leather jacket over blue jeans and black boots with a gold chain around his neck. He just smiles for the camera, looking exactly like Legend from his amazing hair to his cool look and his charming smile. He’s such a cutie!

Everyone Is Like, Duh!
We’ve all been saying Miles looks like Legend since he was born, so it’s about time The Voice alum admitted it, too. (I mean, OK, to be fair, he may have said this before, I just don’t remember.)
People in the comments wholeheartedly agree with Legend. “Wow you guys are twins ♥️♥️,” one person wrote.
“Twins. So handsome💙,” another confirmed.
Someone else wrote, “Your son looks exactly like you!!!” Yup!

John Legend Actually Has Four Mini-Mes
Legend shares Miles, Luna, 7, Esti, 7 months, and Wren, 2 months, with wife Chrissy Teigen. The duo welcomed baby Wren via surrogate in June, and Legend shared the first photo of all four kids writing, “Wren Alexander Stephens, our new love.” In it, Legend looks tired as he holds the two babies and Luna lifts up her leg behind him and Miles sits on his lap. So adorable!
The Cravings author shared more recent posts of the kids last week, prompting one person to comment: “Over there collecting John Legends.” It’s not just Miles who is the spitting image of his dad!

Miles Is Legend’s “Biggest Fan”
In an April 2023 interview on The Late Late Show with James Corden, Legend revealed that Miles is “literally my biggest fan.”
“He knows all songs. Not only does he know the songs, he’s like Rainman with the lengths of the songs,” Legend told host James Corden. “He remembers how long each song is, and he’s like, ‘Actually, “Green Light” is a little longer than this one, it’s 3:19.’”
Corden asked, “Have you ever pulled up next to a parent, like in the drop-off line, with your own music blaring out?”
“Yes. And it’s embarrassing,” Legend responded. “My kids go to school with, like, Jay-Z’s kids and Beyonce’s kids, and I’m pulling up playing my music loud, and it’s embarrassing, honestly.”
Ah, but imitation is the sincerest form of flattery! We love seeing how much Miles looks up to his dad.
