FOOTBALL fans have been left bemused by Michael Owen following his 2023-24 Premier League predictions.
England's top flight gets underway on Friday, August 11 when Burnley host defending champions Manchester City.
Before that the annual curtain raiser takes place on Sunday as Pep Guardiola's Treble winners take on Arsenal at Wembley.

Unsurprisingly, he has Man City claiming a sixth league title in seven years.
The rest of his top four consists of Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United.
