Woman, 24, and two men, both 27, arrested for murder as man, 30, dies after he was found injured on Isle of Wight | The Sun

A WOMAN and two men have been arrested for the murder of a 30-year-old man on the Isle of Wight.

Police were called in the early hours of Sunday to an address in Park Road, Ryde, where the man was being treated by paramedics.

He died as he was being taken to hospital.

Two men, from Sandown and Ryde, both 27, and a woman, 24, from Shanklin, have been held on suspicion of murder.

The victim's family has been informed and is being supported by specialist officers, a Hampshire and Isle of Wight Police spokesman said.

He said: "Detectives investigating the death of a man in Ryde have been granted more time to question two men and a woman who are currently in police custody.

"They remain in custody today following a warrant of further detention being granted by the court.

"This allows the investigation team up to a further 32 hours to continue their enquiries whilst the suspects remain detained.

"As our investigation progresses, we would like to hear from anyone we have not yet spoken to who has information that may assist our enquiries, no matter how small or insignificant it may seem.

"We appreciate that the incident took place in the early hours of the morning, but perhaps you live nearby and saw or heard something that could be related? Or maybe you live in the area and have CCTV or Ring doorbell footage and have not yet spoken to officers?"
