LONDON is one of the most expensive cities in the world to live in, with rental prices rapidly increasing every year.
So it may surprise you to hear that one woman pays just £16 to live in the UK's capital city.
Assia Riad took to TikTok and explained how she's forever being asked how she pays just £16 a night for rent in London.
Revealing all, she begins: "The answer to that is actually quite simple…I live in a dump, and I share with 10 other people in East London."
In a second clip, she can be seen giving her intrigued social media followers a tour of the property.
Sharing a clip of the small hallway area, she explains that there are three bedrooms squeezed at the end.

She then posted a third video which shows the rest of the bedrooms, including her own – and many of her social media followers had a lot to say on the house tour.

"I pay 20 a day but it’s actually quite nice just a little far from central," a second commented.
